Bedsheets were dirty and towels are old. Otherwise great location and helpful staff.

Highly recommended. Very central. Close to all the attractions. Can walk to alhambra if you fit enough. Otherwise can take bis 30 to alhambra, bus station just a minute away.

It is the most lively place in Granada, and it is very convenient to get to the Alhambra Palace in 10 minutes. There are several places to eat and a medium-sized supermarket just a few minutes away. It is at the level of a domestic express hotel, relatively clean, but there are no tables and refrigerators, which is always inconvenient.

AMC Granada is rated as a 1-star hotel, but it definitely didn't feel like it! The room we had on the 3rd floor was spacious, extremely clean, and the white walls complemented the sunlight that soaks in when you open the windows. This depends on what side of the hotel you're in, but we also luckily had the side where the windows faced Plaza Nueva. We were lucky to just open the windows and see flamenco across the street and even the procession going down the street when it happened while being away from all the craziness!  The location is also prime to all the bus stops that'll take you to the Alhambra, Sacromonte, and walking distance to the nearby shopping, eats, and hammam baths!   And huge shoutout to the manager at the front desk, Pilar. She was so helpful in getting us everything we needed including answering all of our questions, helping us coordinate our delayed luggage delivery, and even being patient with my broken Spanish which you don't need to know because she's fluent in English.

The staff is kind. The reception building was initially embarrassing because it was in another building, but it was nothing special with the friendly guidance and hospitality of the staff. The location of the property is in the hub of transportation and the condition of the property is optimized for the small space as the price suggests. There are no electric ports and amenities.

The parking garage was extremely small and horrible to drive in. The driving instructions were also very poor, as the hotel is in driving restricted area and the traffic sign specifications are only in Spanish. They also forgot to book our car into their system and it was a mess when we arrived. Avoid with car. The room was quite small but otherwise okay.
