All staff was lovely, although I’m portuguese the welcoming gift of Port Wine and Pastel of Nata is amazing for new travellers!

It was nice hotel. Perfect location and friendly staff. Only WiFi was not so good. But we want to stay for next time too.

Excellent stay. The rooms are comfy and the bathrooms are good too. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

A great stay at Altis Grand. Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfy bed. We requested a king size bed and the staff made sure this was accommodated for. The only problem we had was our room took a little while to be ready, even after check-in time but we were happy to just have a drink in the lobby bar and were given complimentary pastel de natas. The location is good, about 20-30 minute walk into the centre and 5-10 minutes from a metro station.

So far so good, housing keeping service could be better if the housekeeper pay more attention to the items that have to be refilled

Excellent hotel a block from the main street. There is its own paid underground parking. The hotel is not the newest, but you can feel the class of service, luxurious breakfasts, wonderful staff, large room. There is a gym and an indoor (transparent roof) swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The main attractions can be reached on foot or by metro. We definitely recommend it before visiting the city or for a business trip (there were a lot of obviously business travelers, even too formally dressed people from all over Europe, and some kind of cozy conferences were taking place in business enterprises).

An old hotel from 50 years ago. There are no signs of renovation. The standard five-star hotel is just like a domestic three-star hotel. The service quality at the front desk is not satisfactory, but the food in the restaurant is good. The price is reasonable. But the breakfast is very average.

The service attitude is extremely poor, the check-in voucher is not printed, the room is extremely small, and water charges are limited, bad reviews, bad reviews, bad reviews

The location is very good, not far from the airport; the breakfast is great and the room is nice. The curtains wouldn't close, not sure why.
