Very nice. Clean. Great pool. The owner speaks good english and is friendly. Nice breakfast that you can order the day before. The only problem I could think of is that the shower didn't switch from tropical to the normal showerhead.

This was my first trip to Vietnam~ I recommend it to families with large groups for the price-to-performance ratio of the pool villa. It was said to take about 15 minutes to get to the old town, but it was within walking distance..? ㅎㅅㅎ The breakfast was good and there was no inconvenience during my stay ㅎㅎ Everyone was friendly and nice!! Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 10:00, so you have plenty of time, so visit once!! They made the mango juice by squeezing, so it wasn't super refreshing, but it was delicious＞＜

Great hotel. Had a great rest. Friendly staff, all amenities. Upgraded the room category. It's nice to cool off in the pool in the heat, there are towels in the sun lounger area. Delicious breakfasts, quick check-in and check-out. If possible, we'll come back here again ♥️

The breakfast was delicious. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of the Old Town, yet in a quiet residential area. Regarding amenities, the sheets seemed to have not been changed, and there was hair and other stains on them. The shower room floor was slanted, so the toilet floor got soaked after showering. They arranged for a taxi to take us back, which cost 320,000 VND from the hotel to downtown Da Nang. I felt the male staff were acting a little sexually harassing, which was unpleasant. The female staff were all very kind and helpful. I checked in late at night, but the entrance door was open, my room key was at the reception counter, and check-in was available 24 hours a day.

The manager was very cute. He saw that I was Thai and upgraded the room for me. He also let me check in early. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was not great, but the location and the room were perfect. The hotel staff were all very nice.

The room is right in front of the pool, and the glass door means you can see right into the room without the curtains. It's perfect for families with young children, as the door opens directly to the pool. There's grass and trees, so there are bound to be bugs. I'm a person who's afraid of bugs and doesn't even go camping...;;; If you can overcome this, the price is reasonable, and the pool is right in front, so it's perfect for children up to elementary school age. Oh! Old Town, the market, the wish boat, the night market... everything is within walking distance.

It's very affordable. The pool was 1.6 meters deep at its deepest point, which was great! The room was clean, and the breakfast was great, with several options to choose from. The only downside was that we found a large cockroach in the bathroom, probably because our room was on the first floor, but since it's an area with a lot of nature, I guess that's unavoidable. Everything else was great.

The room is on the 2nd floor, moving suitcases full of sweat, I'm 60 years old knees up and down very hard! The environment is good, but a lot of flies and mosquitoes, the waiter's attitude is very good!
