We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. The beautiful hostess and the handsome housekeeper were both so welcoming. ❤️ I absolutely loved the common area and courtyard on the first floor. "Really nice guesthouse. It's quite far out of the city but near Ziyungu, which is off the beaten track and allows dogs, a lovely day's walk. Also close to Dinghu Mountain (no dogs allowed). It's about 25 minutes to the city by Didi. They have a couple of dogs, a Labrador and Collie, both friendly. Nice vegetarian breakfast. Chose the room with the courtyard, lovely just sitting in the sun chilling. Would go back again for the hotel."

You have to go to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to buy it yourself, which is really troublesome! This boss can really improve it. If the details and other value-added services are done well, the customer experience can be better improved.
