"Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge. Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”. We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us. At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”. The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation. Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang. Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Although it's not a big hotel, the room was spacious, very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable – we slept very well! Ms. Cai at the front desk was very attentive and helpful, answering any questions we had. She even upgraded us to a deluxe king room – thank you! 😊 There are many delicious restaurants nearby, especially the braised goose, stewed pigeon soup, and dim sum – all very tasty. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies, which is very convenient. The location is also close to the old street, about a 10-15 minute walk, or a taxi ride for only 10-20 yuan. Overall, this was a very good experience, and I will definitely stay here again next time!"

"This hotel in the Wanda commercial area is fantastic! The central location makes getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room on the 42nd floor, which is a great bonus! Even though it's on the 42nd floor, the water pressure isn't affected at all. It was so nice to come back after New Year's Eve and take a hot shower. The bed is really soft too. And let me tell you about the projector and sound system – this is the first time I've stayed in a true 'home theater' king room! The projector is incredibly high-definition, and the sound system is surround sound. They even have movie VIP access! I'll definitely be back!"

"I booked a lucky king-size bed room. The room was a little old, but very clean. The only problem was that I lived on the first floor and there were too many mosquitoes. The hot springs were nice, with few people and high temperatures. I especially liked the small health pools inside. If you don't want to go out, you can eat at the restaurant in the yard. You can have breakfast or dinner. The croissants are very good."

At breakfast, there were no seats available, and no one to direct guests. It was clear there were a lot of people, but they had no contingency plan! This price is absolutely not worth it!"

It's not far from Chikan, Cunjin area, Xiashan, and Zhanjiang North High-Speed Railway Station. There are restaurants nearby, including the shop's own restaurant, and the China Merchants Garden Shopping Mall, making dining convenient. The rooms are spacious with pleasant sea views. The shop responded promptly and provided excellent service."

"Facilities: Everything is there. This time I went to see Deng Ziqi's concert. There was a shuttle bus for the concert at the hotel entrance. It was very convenient. Especially the hotel's pick-up and drop-off service. Xiao Wen and Xiao Xie arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Thank you very much. This trip experience is very good. Especially Junhao adds a lot of points to Zhanjiang. Due to lack of time, I haven't tried Zhanjiang food yet... I will choose Junhao next time I go to Zhanjiang."

The room was new, the facilities were smart, and the bedding was clean. The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming; I must give a special shout-out to Sister Xiaoming, who was incredibly attentive during breakfast! This noodle dish was so delicious 🤤 with Lao Gan Ma chili sauce – absolutely amazing! Overall, the environment and stay experience were great. The only downside was the soundproofing, which was just average. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend staying here!"
