"Staff are friendly and professional. Check in was smooth. They provided a welcome fruit plate (an apple, a pear and an orange) which was delivered by a robot. Love the free self laundry service (3 washing machines and 3 dryers) as you don't find this at most of the hotels. Excellent breakfast with varieties. I love the noodle bar which provides freshly made wonton. The hotel also offers late night snacks with steam buns, freshly made wonton noodles from noodle bar and fried noodles. Room is spacious. The only complaint is there are no restaurants right at the hotel or next door. However, there is a 7/11 to grab quick snacks."

"Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite.
The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China.
The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from.
The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel."

"This time I brought my child to Zhanjiang for medical treatment and stayed at Atour Hotel. The hotel service was very enthusiastic, the room temperature was comfortable, the items were delivered quickly, and I was very satisfied with the stay. "Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading
The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care."

The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was so comfortable that even I, who typically has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and made the check-in process very quick. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for nearby local cuisine. Breakfast was plentiful and included delicious local snacks, leaving me feeling fully satisfied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zhanjiang!"

After restarting it, I found that all the PPTs I needed for tomorrow's bid were gone! I was so anxious that my hands were shaking. I couldn't find any backups even after searching through my phone albums. A girl at the front desk with glasses was sharp-eyed. While handing me hot ginger tea, she whispered to me if I was in trouble. She immediately took me to the 24-hour business center, not only debugged the computer and printer, but also took two cans of Red Bull from the freezer and stuffed them in my pocket: ”There's plenty of coffee, and the air conditioner is set to the most comfortable temperature. If you need anything, call me on WeChat at any time!” When she learned that the file was not fully restored, the girl immediately contacted the graphic store that cooperated with the business center and opened a video to let the other technician remotely guide the repair. Fearing that I would be hungry, she asked the kitchen to cook a bowl of beef brisket noodles and send it over. At 1am, I had a migraine, and because I was working, I was sweating coldly. The girl quickly brought me ice packs and steam eye masks, and replaced the main lights in the business center with warm yellow night lights. XXiaoguiChuchuWe stayed for two nights during the May Day holiday. The mineral water in the refrigerator was already used, the room wasn't cleaned properly, there were hairs in the bathroom, the trash can wasn't emptied, and the toilet paper was used. Because of the holiday, the hotel was extremely short on food and clothing. With only twelve rooms, it wouldn't have been difficult to stock up on ingredients, right?! There were only three staff members, even in the kitchen, and they were overwhelmed. The environment wasn't as nice as the pictures. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible to swim. The parking lot was used as an RV campsite, with very little privacy. There was a construction site nearby, making it very noisy. It was absolutely not worth the price.
