GGuest UserI randomly found a hotel on the way from Xuwen Port, and I didn't expect to be given so many surprises after entering the room. The hotel is easy to find and has an underground parking lot, but the garage is a bit messy and filled with debris. The room is big and the facilities are new. The bathroom is very clean and divided into wet and dry areas. The rooftop restaurant is very stylish and the breakfast is very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, coffee and fruit. The service at the front desk during check-out was also very good. It is a very cost-effective hotel and I will stay here again next time. The little rabbit is so cute. After playing with it for a whole night, I really didn’t want to check out the next day. Of course, it would be more perfect if it were more intelligent. Haha

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is on the 7th floor, and it's quite grand and pleasant to look at. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very friendly and helpful. Parking was also very convenient. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhanjiang. Thumbs up!!!

HHaoqingdangge1This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel in Zhanjiang. I was quite frustrated because I had messed up my booking dates. However, the front desk staff were incredibly dedicated, professional, and friendly, and they quickly resolved the issue for me. I'm very grateful to her!
As for the room, I can't really compliment it – it was too small! This is a bit of a departure from the Atour hotels I've stayed in in other cities. More specifically, the restaurant staff had absolutely no sense of service; the female server had a terrible attitude. I later wondered if the restaurant might be outsourced. It really diminishes Atour's image! My wife said she wouldn't want to stay at a hotel like this again; it made her angry!

GGuest UserThe Vienna International Hotel is a perfect choice for a trip with kids! Just opening the window, I was mesmerized by the stunning views. 🌅 The city in the distance, the blossoms nearby—every photo was a masterpiece! The most surprising thing was the disposable slippers—clean and sanitary, a lifesaver for someone like me with mysophobia! It's a great place to stay even when traveling with kids! Each floor has a laundry room, making laundry super convenient! The front desk staff were friendly and patient, providing attentive service throughout the entire trip. It was a fantastic experience! I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and answer all questions. A little suggestion, more and more people are using new energy vehicles now. GGuest UserThe overall environment of the hotel is good, and the transportation is convenient. You can take bus No. 64k from Zhanjiang West Station. It takes about half an hour to get there. There is Wanda Shopping Mall downstairs, which has many shops and a Jiarong Supermarket, making shopping very convenient. The hotel provides breakfast and afternoon tea. The room is large and suitable for families with children. There are dolls in the tent and a slide in the room. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, and the city view room can also overlook the sea view. The overall feeling is very comfortable, the air conditioner is cold enough, the water power is strong enough, and all the equipment is good.
But maybe I'm used to sleeping on a harder pillow. The two pillows here are relatively soft. It would be perfect if one was hard and the other soft.
I like this hotel very much. The front desk staff is very professional and the aunt who cleans the room is also very polite. The breakfast provided is also more suitable for my taste, and there is a coffee machine that provides different flavors of coffee to choose from. If I have the chance to come to Zhanjiang again in the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis is the best accommodation at the southernmost tip of mainland China. I stayed in Fangpo Village the day before, and the environment was not as beautiful as here. It is only 300 meters away from the lighthouse.
The facilities are very new, the smart devices are well received, and the bathroom supplies and bedding are very good. There is no TV in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. The food is also good and drinks are provided. The housekeeper worked very hard to prepare our dinner, thank you very much.
A small suggestion would be to have a cup of coffee in the room. Also, there are flies in the room in this season. I wonder if there is any way to improve it.
