"The environment and hygiene were great, and parking was quite convenient. During my stay, food deliveries couldn't come up to the room, so they had to be sent by a robot. However, it took an hour and the food still didn't arrive. I called the front desk four times during that time. The last time, I went downstairs myself and saw that the front desk was indeed very busy. I'm not sure if they forgot or if, as they claimed, the robot knocked and no one answered (the doorbell and phone didn't ring). Later, the manager apologized and offered a room upgrade, but I didn't need it or a suite from them. I just accepted their apology and hope this kind of thing doesn't happen again. It was a very unpleasant experience!"

"Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite. The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China. The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from. The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel."

"The room was spacious, and while the furniture was a bit minimalist, the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby! The highlight was definitely the 'cinema king bed' which truly lived up to its name. The five-channel surround sound made watching movies from bed an absolute blast, with sound quality I rarely find in hotels. Plus, it's super convenient with a Wanda Plaza right downstairs for food, drinks, and entertainment. The value for money is excellent, and the room's features exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. And the high floor offers direct views of the bay!"

"I was originally going to have morning tea, but I didn't expect to see that the hotel was not bad. I asked the front desk to take a look at the room. I was very surprised. The hardware facilities were very complete. The materials used were the best. The bedding was also very comfortable. The service staff made me feel very comfortable. When I left, I also made an appointment to send me to the station. The experience was very good. This is a veritable 5-star hotel in Zhanjiang. The design is old-school and luxurious. Not to mention the morning tea. The soufflé is so big that you have to order it if you don't have a table. In general, it has the taste of the old Cantonese morning tea. TTigeyI very much liked my stay here, the room was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the hotel location was good as it was near Dingsheng Plaza and also along a north-south main road that many major routes in the city travel on. The front desk staff spoke no English, and I only speak very basic Mandarin, but they were able to still fully assist me and help me check in and check out, especially Yun Zhan (云湛), who explained everything with hand gestures and simple words and demonstrated how to do some things too. Thank you very much! This was the first time I stayed at an Atour hotel but I was impressed and would definitely stay here or at another Atour hotel again. There was also free laundry but I did not know how to use it and it was outside the room and down a busy elevator so I never tried it in the end. :D There are very few negatives and most of them are not fixable. One is that I did not like that the toilet was in another room from the bathroom, as I use all of them together and so I had to go back and forth between the two rooms a lot. A second that can be negative for some people is that there was a lot of honking from vehicles, 24 hours a day. However, I actually liked this because the sound was muted, so there was a ”far away busy city” vibe that made me happy. Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

The cleanliness and facilities were quite good; the front desk was still open on the second day of the ***** New Year, so I'll give them a positive review. The hotel isn't far from the beach, so it's worth a visit.

The store took the initiative to ask us about the time of arrival in the afternoon, and told us the room number and password. The positioning given is also very accurate. Our family of four, the older child is already an adult, so we need 2 rooms. During the Spring Festival, their price is still very reasonable. The store gave a washing machine, a room without a washing machine, all told by WeChat in advance. During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang The North Station also takes 19 minutes. Special thanks, we left in the morning to catch the high-speed rail. The child's headset fell in the room, and the store quickly found it for us and helped me express it home. Traveling to Zhanjiang in winter is a good place!

It's not directly next to the main road, so it's relatively quiet and you can have a good rest. There is a Changdachang Supermarket nearby, which makes shopping convenient. It is within walking distance from Zhanjiang Railway Station. The hotel price is also relatively affordable and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. Worth recommending.

Mmamamia123This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap. As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured). The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable. The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat

Very difficult to know where to park in parking garage beneath the shopping centre building. After driving around, found a sign to hotel, but not at entrance to parking garage. Morning staff as unfriendly as evening staff. Just shouting at me! I kept on saying ”Weixin”. Lateron she registered... The trip.com awards were for 2020 and 2022 - definitely not for reception staff in 2025! 😰 Room can get the reward! Room and bathroom very clean. There are hooks for the towels, which are very rare. Shower floor didn't look good. USB ports to charge directly. Room is small. Bed very good. Large window and balcony. Big mirror with light around it in bathroom and full length mirror next to cupboard. Room doesn't have good sound proof - hear everything next door. Quite noisy from outside from early morning .
