"I looked at several twin rooms and they were relatively small, and the big bed was not enough to sleep in. This one happened to have a family room, so I chose this one, but I didn’t expect to be disappointed! Before booking the room, I read several comments about the leakage in the shower room of the family room. I deliberately asked the customer service online and said it had been fixed before I continued to book. Unexpectedly, it was not fixed at all! When the child started taking a bath, we heard the sound of water rushing outside, and the water flowed all the way to the bottom of the bed. We called the front desk and asked an aunt to come over and said that there was no way to get it, and there were no rooms of the same type. The front desk asked us if we could. Give us a bath in the other room, and then continue to sleep in the original room. . . We were speechless. In the end, we insisted on changing rooms and got a twin room. The price difference was not mentioned at all. I really don’t recommend booking this room! If you receive the key to 608, it is recommended to check it carefully or change the room directly! It's the glass wall connecting the shower room to the room. The beautiful seam of the tiles in the lower frame is gone, and the water flows out!"

"Stayed for one night and upgraded to a newer room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was not cooling. It was more than 11 o'clock in the evening. "During our summer self-driving trip to Zhanjiang, two families stayed at this hotel. Everyone, including family and friends, had a great time. The hotel team provided smiling service and promptly addressed any issues. The cleaning lady greeted everyone we met without being overly polite, making it feel like home. We didn't have enough meal tickets for the four of us, but the manager was able to request two more. The room was new and clean, and the dedicated parking space was very convenient. The location is in a busy area, across from Wanda, and close to major attractions, making it very convenient for travel. 5-star praise! "The hotel is perfectly situated right above Jinshawan Plaza, offering convenient underground parking. The plaza downstairs is bustling with dining options, and the beach is just a short stroll across the road – truly an excellent location.
Before our arrival, the staff proactively contacted us with precise directions and parking instructions. The front desk, located on the 9th floor, was staffed even when we checked in well past midnight. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a sea-view room, which offered lovely vistas of the beach and surroundings. Free parking is a bonus; just remember to provide your license plate number before checking out.
Our room and bathroom were both quite spacious. The only minor quibble was the fixed shower head in the bathroom; an adjustable one would definitely improve the showering experience."

The room was immaculately clean and comfortable and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I was impressed by how well-maintained everything was. After a long day of exploring the city, it was the perfect place to unwind.
One of the highlights of my stay was the fantastic breakfast. There was a wide selection of delicious options, both local and international, catering to different tastes. It really gave me a great start to my day.

When I came back from staying on the fifth floor, I saw someone on the large platform in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. They were walking around using hooks to fix the air conditioner. GGuest UserBus 6 will take you very close to this hotel,but some trains arrive late and taxi drivers like vultures will hover and ***** when you wont pay their ridiculous fare to go a mere 4.5KM. Zhanjiang is an armpit. A video on line made it seem so modern. It took more than an hour to cross this bombed out city to get train tickets at the south station. I also went on to Donghaidao. Overall with 9mil people you'd think they'd organize this disaster. Move on to Guangzhou,Zhuhai or Shenzhen.

It's 4 yuan to go to the beach on the local bus and not 50. They'll also tell you you cant get back to Mazhangxizhan,but a bus comes every two hours and can be tracked with the chelaile app.Hot tip stay at Greentree Inn. That whole street has restaurants,a supermarket and other hotel and is even closer to Longhaitian.
