A big thank you to Xiaoyu at the front desk and another lady who preferred not to be named for helping us upgrade our room! 🥰 Both during check-in and check-out, they thoughtfully asked if we were driving and if we needed to register our license plate. On the second evening, when I went to get breakfast vouchers, the front desk attendant proactively asked if I needed to extend my stay. 😝 The attention to detail and service awareness were fantastic! I was worried about noise since the hotel is located above a shopping mall, but my worries were completely unfounded! I slept very well both nights! It was incredibly quiet!! There was no low-frequency noise from KTV or bars, nor any noise from equipment rooms! My mother, who is extremely sensitive to sound, also said she slept very well! The staff on our floor and in the restaurant were also very nice, and their service attitude was excellent! The breakfast selection was also decent. The only minor drawback is that there are only two elevators, so if you're in a hurry, you might have to wait a bit longer. You'll often see delivery drivers rushing by. 😂 One suggestion: the in-room Wi-Fi needs improvement. Perhaps IT could set up a dedicated password for each room. With many users, it tends to get 'congested' and slow down, making screen mirroring impossible. 😁"
