This hotel is really premium! I was automatically upgraded upon arrival cos I booked it online. The breakfast spread was really nice too!

A Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the hotel staff. Every team member - from reception to room service and restaurant staff - was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. Special shout-out to 李清平 and 王芳 who eagerly helped to address all our enquiries ranging from good restaurants recommendations, local places to visit and didi car hailings. Despite being an established hotel, everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The facilities were top-notch, providing both comfort and convenience. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a wonderful river view. There are a couple of convenience stores, a small cozy coffee shop and a travel agency located on the ground floor of the hotel. The latter made our planning excursions seamless and stress free, adding great value to our trip. The travel agent staff (:萍姐) was also super helpful and attentive to our tour requirements. The breakfast buffet was also great, offering both western and local options - a good chance to savour some local delicacies. The hotel location was another major plus- just a short 10 min walk to the Tianmen cable car station. Fantastic restaurants were also just around the corner, perfect for experiencing local flavors. The hotel's restaurant on the 2nd floor was also a good choice, particularly on a rainy day when we did not want to venture out. A special shout-out to 李昕 and 甜甜, whom are both cheerful and helpful. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From its welcoming atmosphere to the excellent facilities and convenient location, it was a perfect choice. We'll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Tianmen Mountain area.

Very good place to stay with family. The suite is nice and large. My daughter loved all the amenities provided for the children. The hotel made accommodations for our stay when my father was not feeling well. The view is great of the mountain. Tianmenshan is also very close.

The hotel is close to cable car and is clean with spacious rooms. People are nice and helpful. My son loved this accommodation.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was super clear, recently refurbished and well located. The staff was really friendly and helped us with all we needed. Breakfast had many options and we also had a really delicious dinner there one night.

-- Hotel has seen better times. The carpet is dirty, there is mold in the shower, and the overall look and build quality is dated. +- Location: The hotel is conveniently located when you want to visit Tianmen Mountain since it's only a 10 minute walk to the cable station. Other then that you need a DiDi to get to the residential areas for food and nightlife. +- Service from. the staff is good, hard to communicate in English though. -- There is a gym advertised but this is false advertising as both cable stations are broken beyond repair, the bike is broken and the therefor you can only use the dumbbells. I choose this hotel partially for the gym but feel a bit mislead. All and all I wouldn't visit again.

Positives: This hotel is a 4-minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cablecars. It is clean and the beds are firm. I purchased a large room with lounge access. Challenges: This hotel allows smoking everywhere. It smelled like an ash stray. They even allow smoking in their restaurant on the second floor. The room smelled like smoke. No one speaks English. It was hard to plan excursions and get information. Especially, google, IG and Facebook are blocked in China so plan before arrival. I switched to the Ramada after the first night. They do not allow smoking in the hotel.

The hotel is good and the best part about it is the staffs. They speak with you over Wechat and resolve queries promptly. Five stars for the staffs

It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Had a fantastic time! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and Ms. TangGaoYa made sure everything was perfect.

Excellent Stay with Breathtaking Views and Top-notch Service I had an amazing experience at the Huatian Grand Zhangjiajie Hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the cableway, making it super convenient for exploring the stunning Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The view from the hotel is incredible; waking up to those mountain landscapes was unforgettable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh, creating a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were all professional and kind, but I want to give a special mention to Miss Táng Gāoyǎ, who went above and beyond. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay. Her attentiveness and warmth really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its strategic location, stunning views, cleanliness, and outstanding service. It was the perfect base for our Zhangjiajie adventure!
