This stay was great! The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete and new, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept well. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and they are patient and meticulous from the front desk to the room service. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is good. It is very cost-effective and I will choose here next time!

There were no disposable toilet seats at the front desk, and no sandals for bathing in the room. The cleaning was also average, with obvious water stains on the faucet, obvious dirt on the toilet countertop, obvious yellow stains on the bathroom wall, and the oil stains on the bedside table were not wiped clean! ! The most fatal thing is that the sound insulation in the room is too poor! You can hear people talking in the corridor, and even in the next room! The couple living in the next room were still playing games in the early morning, which really affected their rest!

The location is relatively remote, but the transportation is relatively convenient. Metro Line 5 Luochuan Station is only 200 meters away. Considering the consumption level of Shanghai, the hotel price is affordable.

The room we stayed in was very big, but the TV was broken. We contacted the front desk and they immediately replaced it with a new one. The service response was very timely! I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai.

The corridor is beautiful, the environment is clean, the service is thoughtful, and the room after the change is facing the sun, which is very comfortable to live in. Bath towels and towels are individually packaged, which feels good.

The room is small, clean and hygienic, and looks like it has just been renovated. It is basically worth the price, and the overall cost performance is OK. It is not close to the surrounding subway station and is not convenient enough.

The air conditioner in the room we stayed in was broken. We went downstairs and told the front desk, and they quickly changed our room. The bed was cleaner and the soundproofing was a little worse.
