This is really a great hotel. Staff are all nice, hotel’s facility is also good. Free drink and snacks are available in hotel lounge. Highly recommended to anyone who planned to tour in Aomori!

It was all-inclusive, so drinks were free, which was helpful.

The main purpose of the trip was to take the joyful train ride on Resort Shirakami, and instead of over five hours on the train, staying in an onsen hotel on the route for a night sounded a better option. This hotel was chosen because it is right next to the sea with nice view from the room. The outdoor onsen offers panoramic views of the Japan Sea, and in the website, they mentioned the onsen being fossil seawater hot spring, which was originally seawater, which sounds interesting. The package included dinner and breakfast and there is the choice of buffet or set dinner. I chose the set dinner and the food was very good.

We stayed here 2 amazing nights. The room was large with futons and Japanese sitting area. The view was amazing and we enjoyed a glass of wine at tea time with snacks. There is a shuttle bus for the train station. The onsen was top notch but above all the staff here were so kind and helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The hotel lobby is quite impressive. The atmosphere is very warm, it feels like a trip back in time. The rooms and baths are equally well designed and the breakfast is much better than I had expected!

I stayed on December 30th and 31st. On New Year's Day, there was heavy snowfall in Aomori and Hirosaki, and the Ou Main Line and Gono Line were suspended, so I was unable to return home. The front desk kindly looked into alternative buses, but in the end I was unable to find transportation and stayed another night. It was a good memory. The food was delicious, and the open-air snow bath and family bath were also great. The fossil hot spring made my skin smooth. There were fresh flowers casually arranged! The place was well-cleaned! It was wonderful. The beer in the lounge after the bath was the best. The shamisen performance at night was also fun and full of laughter. I would definitely like to visit this inn again. I am also grateful for the smiles of the staff. Thank you very much.

I made a reservation for the end of the year, but I caught the flu. Despite the short notice, they kindly rescheduled my reservation. Thanks to them, I was able to have a great time again this year. Every year, I stay here with my dog ​​to celebrate my husband's birthday, and I am very satisfied with everything from the staff to the food and the hot springs. This year, there was a lot of snow and it was difficult to get there, but I would like to return once the snow melts.

I stayed here with my family and dog. This was my second time here, and just like last time, the staff were very friendly and we had a great time. I especially like the food. We had a buffet for dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. I would recommend this inn to my friends! I look forward to seeing you again next year.

The restaurant staff were very accommodating. The all-you-can-drink drinks in the rest area were sold out and not well managed. It can't be helped that there were a lot of people, but it would be better if they checked the health of the guests. (My wife and her mother-in-law had the flu.)
