I really liked the room where I stayed. It was on the 7th floor so it was very quiet even if I had to take the stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and polite. The metro stop it’s around 7 to 10 minutes walk and there are many restaurants and coffee shops ( luckin coffee ) next to the hotel . I recommend this hotel

I made a reservation a A room that there are only 1st floor or 7th floor. When I stayed at 1st floor that was problem and I didn’t go to 7th floor direct by elevator. I wished I want to change a room another floor. It was very nice interaction for me .

I have mixed feelings for this place. The location's OK. It's maybe a 10–15-minute walk to Loushanguan Station. If you have more than one suitcase, it'd be a bit of a pain, I suppose. The cleaning staff did an OK, job. The room clean very good and so kind

I discovered a harmful insect first floor room. I hope that there is still room for improvement

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. However, the room on the top floor had an extended layout, making it feel a bit cramped. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but room layout could be improved.

Everything was good, rooms very clean and pretty, show also clean, but wifi keeps drop out and slow

The front desks are friendly. Every time I asked for help they are always willing to provide help despite the language barrier. The location is near the subway so it’s not hard at all to go to work back and forth. I like that they clean the room daily and make the bed because i sometimes forget in the morning as i have to rush to work. I slept well on the 2nd night, there’s no much noise around. I would still book this same hotel if needed.

The hotel unbelievably kept my baggage for more than 5 months. This kind of customer service is exceptional.

This is a very good location with easy access to metro which leads to main stations and the airports. Accessible to city center and main travel areas is also convenient through metro. Friendly lady who was in the counter was very supportive, kind and flexible enough to extend checking out time till 2pm. Hotel cost is very cheap comparatively and food, drinks and fruit is cheap in the nearby shops.

Thel hotel good for travelers. Location near to Loushanguan Road Metro Station Line 2. Hotel staff also nice. They are using Language translator app for foreign travelers. It will be better for foreign travelers if provide local area Map in English language.
