"Staff at the reception are friendly and happy to help. Location is good, only within 10-25 minutes easy walk to different sight seeing places, lower and upper Zagreb, and museums. Train station is around 10 minutes from the hotel. Room is big and have enough spaces for your luggages, and work. However, room temperature could not be adjusted, always at 25-26 degree C, which makes the room quite hot and stuffy. This hotel is a good choice in Zagreb."

"Everything was good except for the fact that the only reason we booked the hotel was because of the outdoor pool on the top floor, since it’s the only one of its kind in Zagreb. Nowhere did it say that the pool would be closed when we made the booking.
What compensation did we receive? Access to a pool at another hotel. The problem was that those pools were indoors. After several complaints and calls to Trip.com, we received 15% of the booking fee back. In my opinion, that was not sufficient, but it is what it is. Everything else was fine."

"From Zagreb station, take the tram 2 or 6 and the stop is not painful if you get off at the Zagreb bus station.
This is good if you want to take advantage of the Zagreb bus station. There is no breakfast (you can procure it because there is a 24-hour bakery at the bus station), but you can substitute it because there is a kettle and a pack of tea and coffee and sticks. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
Wi-Fi is strong and stress-free.
There is air conditioning so you can deal with the heat of summer or off-season.
The facilities are brand new so you can spend very cozy."

"First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly.
Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name )
It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel.
Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite.
Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights.
If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy.

"Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time.
Thank you.
There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all.
Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!"

"Lovely hotel set in beautiful mountain scenery. We arrived 1/2 hr after the dining room closed but there were people still eating meals & the kitchen staff were still around - we asked if we could just have a small snack or sandwich in the bar area & they were unable to provide it. We did decide to have one drink at the bar & sit in the TV/lounge area & before we had time to finish our drinks the night porter came in & switched all the lights off - leaving us in virtual darkness & switched the TV over to a station he wanted to watch !!! We felt this action was strange & unwelcoming as it was only about 10pm ?
We also run a small hotel in the uk countryside & would have gone out of our way to provide a small snack for guests who had travelled a long way & were delayed . Shame as everything else about the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was excellent for the cost of €10 extra. Reception staff in evening & morning were very pleasant too. We would have stayed longer to explore the area if we hadn’t been travelling to another destination."

"This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!"

CCollectingPassportStampsVery nice hotel with great amenities; a welcome drink, pool, gym, and a spa (extra cost). There was also a rooftop space/bar (didn’t go to see) - the reception staff were very pushy to get people to attend giving a 10% discount for consumption.
The room was very nice and clean, a smart TV welcome with the guest name, free water, coffee and tea. There was also a smart panel to control the lights and air conditioning, it did get warm in the room and the temperature didn’t seem to correlate to the ac thermostat. The bed was comfortable however it was a hard mattress, may find it a little difficult to find comfort if used to a softer mattress.
The hotel is an art lovers paradise, there were artworks throughout the public spaces and room by the artist Boris Bućan - the hotel offered a guided tour to view all throughout the hotel. Great location and close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart.
About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside.
The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti.
The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor.
The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud.
Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available.
Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain.
Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor.
TV is old and dated.
Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style).
Overall, a decent hotel for the price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a 4 star. A clean hotel, very friendly, pleasant staff… it is a place that I would recommend whenever you want to go through… since the center of Zagreb itself is quite far away.
Very spacious room. That's right... BEWARE! On TRIP it said FREE PARKING… and we had to pay €7 per day… nothing free…
I would recommend it if I would return while passing through Zagreb… breakfast, for example, is included and is very varied and delicious!!!

The bath was very moldy, the beds were quite small and the ac couldn’t be controlled.
For a stay of one night its ok and it was the cheapest option for longer stays I would not recommend it.
