"I stayed at the hotel on October 14th. We arrived after 9 PM, but the hotel was excellent. The front desk service was very good and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast was delicious – everything was great. When we left the next morning, the front desk staff and the doorman warmly saw us off, saying goodbye. It felt like a wonderful day started with such wonderful service. If I had to point out a drawback, it would be that the hotel laundry room had too few washing machines; it would be great if they could expand it. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower water was a bummer. There was no hot water. I asked the staff to adjust it, and it came out scalding hot. I tried to endure the scalding heat and shower that night, but the hot water was out again. My shower was a failure. It's not cheap, and I couldn't even take a shower. However, I later moved to the nearby Sanjiangzhiyuan Hotel, and found it even worse. The sanitation at Sanjiangzhiyuan is beyond words... At least this staff house is clean, spacious, and sanitary. I suggest the hotel improve its shower facilities. For nearly 300 yuan, it's unacceptable that the shower water isn't working."
