"Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. However, the hotel is semi-open. The room we stayed in faced the commercial street and was on the second floor. There were bars and restaurants everywhere. It was very noisy at night. The door to the balcony was broken and could not be closed. There was also a big brother quarreling downstairs in the early morning. I was really impressed. The sound was like it was right next to my ear. Earplugs were prepared in the room, but to be honest, it didn't help. I was surprised to have a good night dessert, but only one was delivered the next day and I didn't know how to divide it. After asking by phone, it was delivered quickly. As for breakfast, it felt very simple. I thought there was no set meal on the first day and didn't ask about it. On the second day, someone came to ask whether it was Chinese or Western. P.S. The speakers were quite a surprise."

"Many years ago, I ran a marathon near the starting point. This stay was stunned. There are no other floors in the whole building. There are many rooms. And the ordinary standard room can be outrageous, almost the size of the four rooms in Atour! The minibar in the room also has soda, yogurt fruit at night, breakfast is also very rich, all kinds of smart equipment, this configuration is what kind of bicycles are needed at this price, almost the level of Hilton Huiting but half the price! ! "I came to Xichang with my friends. The hotel is very new. We booked a superior twin bed. The front desk lady helped us upgrade it for free and gave us two breakfast coupons. The hotel is a smart hotel. Xiaodu greeted us as soon as we entered the door. As soon as we entered the room, we saw that it was very large and spacious, especially the bathroom was bigger. It was also very quiet at night and it was very comfortable to stay! The location is very good, just above Wanda, and it is very convenient to reach Jianchang Ancient City, Qionghai Park, and see the jacaranda trees. I will stay here again next time!"

"We asked for a room facing the sun, but we were given a room facing the shade. The room was cold and the air conditioner made a lot of noise, affecting our rest, so we had to turn off the air conditioner. Don't have too high expectations for breakfast, just enough to fill you up. It has a yard where you can eat, which is nice, but parking is difficult in the yard and there are no parking spaces, so you can only pay to park outside. The hotel is close to Qionghai Lake and very convenient. We originally booked for three nights, but ended up changing hotels after only staying one day."

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious, and the extra-long island counter made it easy to put things down. The entryway closet area was also very large. The placement of the washbasin and bathroom fixtures was well-designed and convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and the toilet even had a blue light sterilization feature. The cleanliness was excellent. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with Tangyuan and Wanda just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel service was superb 👍🏻. The ladies at the front desk had sweet smiles and soft, pleasant voices. They also offered breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. On the day of check-out, due to a temporary power outage, they even gave me a small gift, which I really liked. Plus, they extended my check-out time until 2 PM. This is truly my ideal hotel for travel. Everything was just perfect. I'll definitely be back!"

Stepping into the hotel area, the modern, minimalist white buildings shimmered in the sunlight, creating a picturesque scene against the backdrop of the clear blue sky and azure sea. A cute turtle sculpture at the entrance was playful and unique, and several palm trees swayed in the breeze, instantly immersing the hotel in a relaxing atmosphere.
📍The location is amazing! The endless sea view is right outside the door. Standing on the balcony of my room, whether watching the sunrise in the morning or the sunset over the sea in the evening, I had an incredibly romantic experience.
🏖The surrounding scenery is captivating. In the distance, you can see the hazy outline of mountains, adding a touch of poetry to the seascape.
🛎The hotel service was impeccable. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the thoughtful housekeeping in the rooms, every staff member was genuinely friendly and attentive. They were always there to help.

I'm so satisfied that I want to stay again! Clean and comfortable! Although it is in the ancient city, it is not far from anywhere. It is very special to walk on the country roads! Good parking too! Not far from the inn is the large sunflower garden, and further ahead is the Qionghai Sea! Dashiban Village is also next door. As a gold medal customer of Ctrip, I rarely make this kind of comments, no! Highly recommended! ! You’ll know how good it is once you try it!

SSKR and famBest service ever! And so serene and gorgeous. The hotel is truly an oasis. Nestled on the edge of a little village. Roosters woke me in the morning. Beds were comfy. They even had Japanese techs toilets. Highly recommend for any ages! Families very welcome there.

MM277767****The quality control of the room was poor. When I first checked in, the bathroom door could not be opened from the inside. The engineer came to deal with it and told him that there was a problem with the slide rails and that it could not be solved in a short time. The door could not be fully closed or it would not open. It was really embarrassing for a family of three boys in their teens. I contacted the front desk to change rooms and got a room next door. Secondly, the room sizes are different, and the air conditioner is very loud. As a stopover during the trip, the focus is on sleep quality. The engineer came to deal with it again, but also to no avail. He asked the manager on duty to come over and communicate with him, but he still didn't come. It was really hard to hesitate, so I decided to go back to the room where the bathroom door was broken.
1. There is nothing wrong with maximizing hotel revenue, but at least quality assurance is required. The bathroom door is broken, and the wallpaper on the room walls is damaged due to water leakage. It is really difficult to support the Ctrip score of 4.9.
2. There was a lack of professionalism in handling problems that occurred that day, and there was no follow-up.
3. The staff of the engineering department are sincere and pragmatic. Regarding the air conditioning problem, they were still on site to deal with it long after I left the room.
4. When checking out the next day, a lady at the front desk should be friendly, show concern and give a souvenir to express her apology.
For us, the closed loop of souvenirs cannot improve the problems during the check-in process, and these items are not used. It is recommended that hotels control daily details and achieve value for money first.

MMeiyouyiyiOn the Erhai Sea, the environment is beautiful, and the seaside is just outside. Convenient dining. I absolutely don't regret staying at this hotel! The air is particularly good. MM743902****I think it's a pretty good hotel with complete supporting facilities, which is quite in line with the positioning of a high-end hotel. The breakfast is rich and unique. The room is as shown in the picture, clean and sanitary. You can stay here with confidence. The hotel is closest to Jianchang Ancient City, just a few minutes' walk away, and the night view is also nice. It only takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to other scenic spots, which is very convenient.

SSpeedoholicOne of the best deals I’ve found in this budget. The room was cozy and clean with good air conditioning. Bathroom had the required amenities and water pressure was good.
The host was kind enough to share food and travel locations with us and check in was completed quickly, without any waiting time.
It’s walking distance from the scenic area and also have some barbecue restaurants on the way.

AAylasoulThis was my second night at this hotel. Lovely stay. Please read my initial review for proper feedback of the property. Great communication from the owner. Having booked the second night separately the code was changed and I was not informed, so I couldn’t get back inside smoothly, but on contacting the owner, I received an immediate response with a new code which is great. Being an international traveller, a few days ago I did not have a mobile number here which means this could have been a concern for me as I would have been unable to contact the owner on the go and did not know the code would be changed to ask in advance. I’m sure the owner upon reading this will consider this and improve it for future guests that book last minute like me :) All great and I would stay again :)
