致優小區：新的高檔小區，恆大開發的，質量還是很棒，安保到位。24小時入住都很方便，安保也很到位，傢俱家電也都是全新，熱水也很好用。房間：實景實拍，和圖片一致，設計風格喜歡，有家的感覺，房子很乾凈，家人住的很舒服，還配了新的西門子滾筒洗衣機，很棒。小卧室很有特點，是個2.3米寬的榻榻米，小朋友特別喜歡，很有亮點，小朋友玩的很開心，在小區裏玩的也開心。環境：相當棒，房子和小區是全新的，小區內的園林相當棒，有水景，有小童設施，全部石材路面，很講究，能聽到小鳥的叫聲，晚上休息也很安靜，很棒。交通：交通便利，靠着西二環，門口的8號線地鐵很快就通車了，很方便。停車：門口的馬路側晚上可以停車，北邊的橋下也可以停車。門口也有收費停車場，有封頂。便利店餐飲：門口有不少便利店和菜鳥驛站，有十多家家常餐廳，挺方便的，早上5點多就有早餐了。大型商業：東邊直線距離600米就是著名的太奧廣場和萬達廣場，餐飲大概有上百家。距離著名的Gpark超級商業步行街，一直往東2.5公里就是。大眾景點：小區位於漢代未央宮的前殿遺址附屬禮制建築，在漢代皇宮裡，想不到，也是唐代的光化門所在地。距離灑金橋和明城牆幾公里，開車很方便。去南二環大唐不夜城，沿着二環高架走，還是挺方便的。服務：房東訊息秒回，溝通的也很好，服務一級棒。#房間設施

房子就在西二環，停車方便，交通便利，出入方便。房子歷史上就在漢代未央宮的禮制建築的基礎上，這是住進皇宮裡了，哈哈。房子是和照片一樣的實景，很不錯石材地面，樓下還有小童遊樂設施，還有免費的羽毛球場，還能打打羽毛球。小區門口商業豐富，生活很方便。物業管理很到位，24小時隨叫隨到，一般不超過10分鐘。東邊700米就是太奧廣場購物中心和萬達廣場，各種餐廳很豐富。門口地鐵8號線過幾天就通車了，就更方便了。

交通便利，停車方便，周圍充電的地方也多，挨着二環，去哪裡都方便。房子是新的，很漂亮，門口吃的挺多，5點就有早飯。晚上吃夜宵可以去太奧廣場，24小時有吃的。按摩洗腳也很棒。

老闆服務熱情周到，入住指南全面詳盡，小區環境優美，安保等級高😄周邊吃飯、購物較為方便。建議下次客人入住前檢查一下燃氣系統，如果能增配一次性拖鞋就更完美了。

我們住了五天，總體挺舒適的
優點：房子乾淨寬敞，小區規範安全，電器齊全
缺點: 民宿位置不太好找，要通過一個衹能通一輛車的涵洞，附近屬於剛拆遷，不熟悉的師傅可能會找錯路，我們就試過一次。來回景區基本滴滴，路費其實也接近鐘鼓樓附近的房費了，看個人需求，各有利弊吧。
紙巾提供的不夠充足，畢竟我們住五天呢～
直飲水是很方便，但由於接觸不良，報了維修也沒有得到很好的解決辦法，最後自己索性放棄，所以這一點一直耿耿於懷，希望老闆能信任房客，提的建議也能真正去解決吧～
小房間是沒有空調的，可以開客廳的空調吹進去
