"We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. We were initially hesitant about staying at the Grand Hyatt due to its distance from most attractions, but ultimately decided on it because of the spacious rooms. Kelsey contacted me a day before our arrival. Upon learning it was our honeymoon and that I'd ordered flowers and a cake, she thoughtfully offered to sign for them and place them in our room in advance. She even went the extra mile by decorating the room beautifully and leaving a hand-drawn card. She was also incredibly helpful, resolving all our questions and issues during our stay. Kelsey truly deserves a shout-out, more so than the hotel itself! When hotels are otherwise comparable, service is what truly sets them apart. The breakfast selection was quite limited, but their Roujiamo (Chinese meat sandwich) was hands down the best I had during my four days in Xi'an! The same young chef who prepared Shuipen Yangrou (lamb soup) on the morning of the 16th and Roujiamo on the morning of the 17th was truly the star of the breakfast service! He was incredibly patient, meticulous, and always went out of his way to accommodate various requests. His excellent service completely erased my initial disappointment with the otherwise limited breakfast options."

"I was on a road trip and initially planned to book InterContinental, but since that hotel has been open for a long time, I ultimately chose this JW Marriott. It opened in 2023, so all the facilities are brand new! The bathroom amenities and bedding are, as expected, five-star standard and excellent! The cleanliness was also good, and the service was great. Since I was driving home the next day, I didn't have time to go out for local snacks but still wanted to try some, so I ordered takeout. However, the delivery was delayed, so I contacted the front desk, and they extended my check-out time. Overall, everything was fantastic. This is a hotel I would definitely choose to stay at again if I come back to Weiyang District in Xi'an! The only downside is the elevators; if you park in the underground garage, you have to take three different elevators to reach your room floor, which is very inconvenient."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at MEILIE Ling Hotel Xi’an. The hotel’s aesthetic is elegant and full of Song-style charm, blending traditional beauty with modern comfort. Its location is perfect — right near the Bell Tower and within walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the city. The service was personal and attentive. Staff members did their best to accommodate every need, responding quickly and always with warmth and professionalism. Complimentary laundry, breakfast, afternoon tea, and even a light supper were thoughtful highlights. Communication was smooth, and requests were handled efficiently. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable — soft and perfect for a restful sleep. I also appreciated the small yet meaningful touches: a water bottle thoughtfully placed on a bench near the elevator, free drinks at the rooftop bar, and the friendly faces at the lobby and dining area. The smart systems, delivery robots, and AI features added a fun, futuristic touch. Even the elevator design — intentionally slow with a built-in seat — reflected the hotel’s calm and graceful philosophy. The entire experience felt refined, relaxing, and full of care. A wonderful new hotel that captures the soul of Xi’an with heart and detail. "Environment: The hotel is right by the Bahe River, offering a great environment, fresh air, and beautiful scenery. Facilities: As a new hotel, all the facilities and equipment are brand new, which I particularly liked. Hygiene: Initially, I was quite worried after reading other comments about rooms having an odor, especially since it's a new hotel. However, to my surprise, there was absolutely no smell in the room. Plus, the housekeeping department was very thoughtful to provide an air purifier. Even though it wasn't needed, this gesture was very heartwarming. When checking in, the front desk even gave my child a mini mooncake, as it was close to the Mid-Autumn Festival 🥮. After checking in, a gentleman with a golden key on his uniform helped us with our luggage to our room, explaining the hotel facilities, restaurant specialties, and operating hours along the way. Service: When we returned to our room after the buffet dinner, the turndown service was already done, and the housekeeping staff had placed a Xi'an-style 'Roujiamo' (meat burger) plushie by the bed! I also have to mention the dinner buffet – the food was excellent, especially the steak with creamy mashed potatoes! It was incredibly delicious, and the steak had a lovely milky flavor. The chef cooked it perfectly tender. So much myoglobin! There was also pan-seared foie gras, which melted in your mouth and was paired with fruit, making it sweet but not cloying. The thick-cut salmon was fresh and succulent! The Spanish ham was truly delicious, and it was very pleasant to enjoy the food with a few drinks. The restaurant staff were prompt in clearing dishes and very responsible. Service: The next day, because my child absolutely loves swimming 🏊, we went to the hotel's fitness center. The pool water was incredibly clean, with excellent visibility. My child happily soaked in the small hot tub for a massage, then swam in the main pool. We completely lost track of time and almost missed check-out. Luckily, Anita from the main switchboard was incredibly thoughtful. Knowing I had a child, she extended our check-out time. Also, when our key card didn't work for the room door, she proactively added me on WeChat and asked me to inform her after our swim so she could contact staff to open the door for us. Upon check-out, Lillian at the front desk spoke softly, handled the procedures skillfully, and was very sweet. Before we left, she gave my child another 'Roujiamo' plushie. This experience was truly perfect and incredibly good value for money! Highly recommended, and I will definitely come again. A big thank you to Hyatt Regency Chanba for providing us with such a perfect travel experience."

"The balcony is across from Mount Li, and the scenery is beautiful! It's also very convenient for travel, but the hotel's hot spring pool has a terrible drainage problem. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very helpful and fixed it for us as soon as possible. It would be better if the hotel elevator was a little more powerful. We waited a long time for the elevator when we left the hotel."

"This time I stayed at Haoting Boyu Hotel (Keji 2nd Road Subway Station Zhongjing Technology Plaza) and the experience was full! Must give a five-star praise! The sound insulation of the room is superb, and the noise of the corridor and outside can not be heard at all. It is too healing to wake up naturally when you sleep. The price/performance ratio is not to say. The rooms are large and tidy at the same price, and the facilities are particularly new! The most surprising thing is the service, from the front desk to the cleaning are super enthusiastic, and the responsiveness is super intimate! Summer is the most inseparable from air conditioning. The air conditioning here is super fast, the temperature adjustment is accurate, and it will not be hot and cold at all. It is super comfortable to stay in the room for a whole day. ～ I will choose this one next time I come here!"

"Xi'an's fly in the ointment is too hot. Fortunately, the little housekeeper sent us the meal to the room to eat. The food was very delicious. We all ordered the meal here during our stay. The service was very thoughtful. The room environment was also very good. The pomegranate was full of eyes. Unfortunately, it would not be available until October. After climbing Huashan during the day and taking a bath at night, it seems that I am not so tired. "Shijingli Zhufengtang Hot Spring Hotel provided excellent service. They offered a 'panda car' shuttle to pick us up from the parking lot. In the afternoon, despite the hot weather outside, soaking in the spacious outdoor hot tub was incredibly comfortable, with sun umbrellas providing perfect shade. My child played happily in it for over an hour! Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The resort also featured a wide array of evening performances and activities, along with complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and even Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) for guests to try. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely love to visit again!"
