"We stayed one night in this place due to its proximity to terracotta warriors monument and the show. We stayed with my wife and one year old daughter in the rooms of the second floor. The experience was great. An interesting feature of the hotel is that it is at the top of a food building/market place so entering it was different but very easy. Recommended for those planning to see the show and do a morning walk in the park the next day."

"This was our first time visiting Xi'an, and we chose this homestay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted. Traveling with children, our top priorities are hygiene and quietness, and this place was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptional – easygoing yet thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about traditional culture, and genuinely kind-hearted. The local recommendations they gave us were perfect for the authentic Xi'an experience we were hoping for. When we bought some local pastries for our friends, the owner was so considerate, kindly helping us store them in the kitchen fridge. In the evenings when we returned, they invited us for tea, chats, storytelling, and even introduced us to the art of incense (xiangdao). In just a few short days, we became good friends. Our child didn't want to leave and strongly insisted on staying a few more days! It was a truly happy and relaxing trip to Xi'an, offering a wonderfully carefree experience. Xi'an, we will definitely be back! And we'll absolutely stay at Guan'erjie again!"

"The W Hotel Xi'an truly goes above and beyond. Traveling with two kids, we were given a complimentary room upgrade, and breakfast for both children was included. The beds were noticeably more spacious than typical hotel beds, which was a huge plus. Even with two children (both around 10 years old), we could all sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We particularly loved being able to enjoy authentic Xi'an specialties right at the hotel, including Roujiamo, Youpo Lazimian, Beef Paomo, Lamb Soup, and Hulatang. During our stay, it happened to be someone's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a surprise birthday cake. This unexpected treat truly made our day! We'll definitely be choosing the W Hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an."

Location: Two minutes to Laomu Temple, you can climb the mountain for free Appearance: The boss has a very high aesthetic taste, every place is beautiful, the calligraphy and paintings are nice, the space is well used, and every place is very comfortable. Service: The receptionist is very shy and looks warm. He changed us to a more exquisite and better room for free. Breakfast was delivered to the room, both dishes were delicious, and a glass of sweet corn juice was delicious! The cleaning lady was also very nice. It is a place I want to come again. It is an hour drive from Xi'an, which is very convenient. It is a good place to get together with family and friends."

The water quality is clear and the temperature is suitable. I felt very comfortable when swimming there. "The hotel has a world class service,the lobby manager”Nancy Wang”王曉慧was very helpful and polite though out in our stay.We are a family of four people .We booked two rooms' Both rooms' views are top notch and amazing.all the furniture and facilities were pretty new.We mostly enjoy the bath area,there are a few moveable doors that you can see the Tang Paradise landscape view while at the bath tap. This hotel is a must visit,lastly,remember to carry the room card with you,there is sub-entrance at the hotel to access the Tang Paradise with security guards.All you need to do is to show your card to them and you can go through from the hotel to the Tang Paradise gardens and pots locations. We will definitely come and stay in this hotel again at our next holiday at Xian.We really had a great experience there during our stay."

The plants in the garden are thoughtfully arranged, ensuring picturesque views throughout all four seasons. The service was equally impressive; the friendly staff, particularly the dedicated housekeeping team, ensured our beds were immaculately made every day upon our return. A special shout-out to Dier, who was very thoughtful in arranging activities for the children. We will definitely be back!"

"The skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money."

"Advantages: The boss is very enthusiastic, the service is very good, it is a 5-minute walk from the zoo, the hygiene is very good, the price is relatively affordable, and the rooms are newly renovated. "The hotel had been in soft opening for five days before our stay, and the day we stayed happened to be the official opening day. [Food] When we first arrived, we went straight to the buffet dinner, which was mainly seafood. The crabs were plentiful and fresh, and the oysters were also good. However, the soft drinks were a bit limited, and we'd like to see a wider selection. We also opened two bottles of wine, which went well with the seafood. [Room] We stayed in a suite this time. Perhaps it was our first time staying in a suite, the room facilities were relatively new, but the welcome video on the TV was difficult to review. It told the story of a single father and his son reconciling and accepting his girlfriend, which felt a bit off-topic and lacked focus. Breakfast the next day was also quite generous, and the noodles were quite good. Overall, the hotel is new, but lacks distinct character. [Service] Another annoying thing was that no one answered the front desk or guest services phone number on the room phone several times, and the room service wasn't very good. [Cleanliness] New hotels are generally clean, but one thing that was shocking was that after filling the bathtub, a layer of white foam formed in the water, and the water was yellowish in color. I ultimately didn't dare to take a bath."
