在西安4天，每天一個酒店，都是西安奢華榜的酒店，W最貴品牌最高，按理説應該最好的，可是真的失望，一進門還以為走錯了，裝修的像夜總會，花花綠綠的。勉強就算特色吧，可是房間衞生簡直太差，洗臉盆上頭髮，沙發上零食屑，不敢相信這是W酒店的標準，嚴重拉低了西安酒店業的管理水平。

酒店位置在曲江南湖旁，毗鄰寒窯景點，景色宜人。酒店工作人員均彬彬有禮，見面問好，大堂寬敞有氣勢，房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理。客房服務響應較快，自助早餐豐盛。退房離開後才發現遺漏了物品，酒店及時發現聯繫並快遞寄回，非常細緻貼心。是非常不錯的一次體驗，值得擁有。

淡季免費升級了房型，這點點贊，酒店服務確實沒得説，服務人員都會主動詢問有沒有需要幫助的，夜店風很重，孩子很喜歡這種環境，到處蹦蹦跳跳的，不是那種親子酒店，也沒有太多小孩鬧哄哄的，就是早餐衹到10點有點不友好，其他都很不錯

We chose the hotel to celebrate our third wedding anniversary. The hotel is a symbol as we also celebrated the wedding at the W Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel in Xi'an is distinguished by its large balconies, where you can elegantly spend the sunset and also have a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the city.
The sauna and swimming pool are impeccable. An amazing breakfast with a large selection of Chinese and foreign dishes.
Attentive, smiling staff. We had a great time at the hotel.

西安W酒店真的很貼心，帶着兩個小朋友，免費升級房間，還包含兩個小朋友的早餐。酒店的床確實比其他的1.37的床大，帶着兩個小朋友（都是10+左右），也能睡的下，不至於太擁擠。酒店的早餐不錯，品種很多，在酒店裡，就能享用到西安的特色美食，肉夾饃，油潑辣子麪，牛肉泡饃、羊肉湯，胡辣湯…… 入住的時間內，有一天正好是生日，酒店還特意準備了生日蛋糕，突如其來的驚喜，讓人很開心。下次來西安，還是選擇W酒店。

暑假結束前，想去西安悠哉悠哉的溜達一圈，趕上七夕，陰雨綿綿，無奈，衹能待在酒店。哇嗚，不愧是W，在哪裡不是玩兒呢。前台、客房、餐廳、客服等等，遇到的每一位工作人員，服務都很好。根據需求，升級客房，給出中肯建議。房間硬件設施很不錯，超大陽台，景觀真的絕美。W，真的很棒！
