大堂服務，房間服務，餐廳服務都特別好，大部分需求都會被滿足，而且態度都很棒。離地鐵站很近，帶九個月的寶寶出行很方便，還送了小童牙刷和小玩具。

地理位置優越，出行便利，距離小南門很近，服務特別到位，工作人員都非常熱情，推薦！性價比很高。
設施：設施完善，健身房洗衣房都有，不過洗衣房排隊有點久，洗衣機少
環境：環境裝修都很不錯，房間大多中式紅木風格
地段：距離王府井SKP和城牆鐘鼓樓都很近，地理位置着實不錯
服務：服務很到位，我和朋友對這家酒店的評價是酒店裡的海底撈。
雖然不是大型連鎖酒店，但是在西安也開了很久了，每次進出門前台都會打招呼，行李多會幫忙拿行李到房間，還會介紹清楚暖氣功能，甚至幫忙燒好一壺開水。
樓下有很多一次性用品，拋開耳塞、口罩、香皂、髮夾這些，甚至有馬桶墊、紅糖塊及衞生巾，很少有酒店會注意到女性需求，這是讓我非常滿意的地方。並且退房會拿温礦泉水和零食袋～體驗感非常好
總的來説員工培訓和設施各方面都非常系統化，不輸給連鎖的酒店品牌，二百左右的價位來看真的沒得挑！

經常出差過來每次都住這裏，家一樣的感覺，工作人員都非常貼心，緊臨鐘樓附近，古城中心，位置最好的酒店!服務很好，熱情周到，房間乾淨衞生，步行3分鐘左右到達地鐵站，吃住行方便的很!步行永寧門，上城牆觀光，步行去小南門早市吃早點，逛朱雀門懷古長安大街，聽搖滾，逛古城酒吧，參觀陝西省博物館，登大雁塔，觀小雁塔，遊大唐不夜城，看《赳赳大秦》。光憑這幾點，體驗感拉滿，口福眼福的滿足感就已經很炫了! 剛到酒店的時候就有熱乎乎的茶水，在這個冷冷的天氣心裏暖暖的，給我們介紹酒店的設施洗衣房什麼的非常方便，前台服務也非常的專業，辦理入住非常快，而且介紹的也很全面。出差首選！！！
