酒店位置很好找，交通便利，有地鐵、多路公交站點，附近有大型超市還有便利店，有網紅打卡地永興坊，有東新街夜市有悦薈萬達購物商場，的玩的都很方便。房間與圖片基本一致，乾淨整潔衞生，很別緻，一張大床很舒服。

大坑，親們謹慎選擇，衞生非常差，空調想個老牛一樣，噪音大，雙床房，房間衹有一個浴巾，一個臟地巾，問前台要洗臉毛巾，來了個阿姨，指着這個地巾説就是洗臉毛巾，他們老闆説了，就這一個，md，雙床房，你給一個是什麼意思？前台拉了驢臉，像欠他💰一樣。

住了幾百間酒店，無論好壞從不評論。但這家不評不行。酒店的地理位置、交通條件確實不錯，附近的食肆也不少。但硬件和服務不敢恭維。首先是硬件，陳舊、簡陋就算了，窗子壞了也不修，合不上縫有二三公分寬，難怪蚊子像轟炸機一樣輪番進攻，蚊香根本沒用，噴了一瓶驅風油也沒用；衞生間門壞了，洗一會澡居然自動打開二次，奇葩的是門口竟然安了一面鏡子；隔音真的很差，到了半夜二點多還被乒乒乓乓聲音吵着，全家人急忙查換酒店（一個晚上睡不到一個小時）。
服務方面，我們訂了四晚的三人房，居然事前與我們毫無溝通，就給我們雙人房，毫無歉意的老闆居然堅持要按三人房八折收費（比我們實住的雙人房還要貴幾十塊），第二天在攜程網反覆交涉下才勉強同意按雙人房收費！我們之後多番周折才訂到房，還無辜虧了好幾百塊房費，這家酒店給我們西安旅遊一個很不好的體驗！
