Excellent Stay – Truly the Best!
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable.
We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

帶孩子出行，滻灞凱悦新開的來試一下，套房很乾凈，能看到河，人也不多。最令我滿意的就是早餐，基本都不是半成品，胡辣湯、包子、現做拉麪和果汁都是凱悦系裡麪非常頂的，甚至比一些君悦都好。希望繼續保持這個餐飲。唯一就是還有一點味道。而且服務也好，Isabella給我加床很及時。

這次帶父母回西安探親，選擇了新開業的酒店，體驗非常好👍 辦理入住時前台安排了房型升級，還將我和父母的房間安排在了相鄰的房間，非常的方便。大堂的禮賓小夥我們進出酒店都會熱情的打招呼，退房賓客關係經理Emma還打電話過來詢問入住體驗，瞭解到年底我們還會再回來，也主動提及再給我們安排房型升級，非常期待下次入住

酒店空中花園很漂亮，大堂低調奢華大氣優雅，綠植也很別緻～ 前台服務Anna和Kitty特別貼心，面帶笑容，看我是來玩的還給我們安排了景色超級好的房間，很好，這樣的員工簡直完美！哦對了，早餐種類超豐富，從中式粥品到西式點心都有。推薦給大家來體驗哦～

在我們來住之前已經是試營業5天了，我們住的那天剛好是正式開業的一天
【飲食】
我們剛來的時候直奔自助晚餐，自助晚餐以海鮮為主，螃蟹比較多比較新鮮，生蠔也不錯，就是感覺軟飲比較少，希望能增加品類，我們自助還開兩瓶葡萄酒，感覺搭配海鮮比較順滑
【房間】
本次住的是個套房，可能是套房第一住，房間設施比較新，但是電視上的歡迎視頻讓人很難評，講的是一個單親爸爸和兒子和解接納自己女朋友的故事，感覺有點和酒店的主題偏離了不夠突出
第二天早餐也比較豐盛，麪還是不錯的，整體來看酒店勝在新但是特色不明顯
【服務】
另外令人惱火的是，房間電話機多次撥通前台電話都沒人接，賓客服務中心也是，沒有感受到很好的房間服務
【衞生】
新酒店整體衞生都比較好，但是令人震驚的是，房間的浴缸放水後，水裡浮起來一層白沫，而且整體水顏色發黃，最終沒有敢泡澡

選擇在開業第一天入住西安滻灞凱悦酒店，整體的入住體驗我還是很滿意的！雖然是在凌晨辦理的入住，但前台接待Melo效率很高，整個入住流程給合很順暢，特別是主動為我提供延遲退房，讓我覺得很貼心。房間打掃的很乾凈，床品真的很舒服，躺下就很快入眠，真的非常適合我這種凌晨才入住的客人。浴室的戴森吹風機真的很值得單獨説，高級感直接拉滿！退房的時候，賓客關係經理Emma還送了我肉夾饃伴手禮，真的很可愛，下次還會選擇滻灞凱悦酒店入住！
