酒店地處十字口一角，店門很大，門口就可以自由停車。進入酒店看着很整潔，前台服務熱情。房間訂的標間帶窗，寬敞整潔，房間自帶兩瓶純凈水，衞生間淋雨設施正常，是一次不錯居住體驗。缺點：洗澡間玻璃太透了，聯繫加裝個簾子！！！

出差去西安住了一家百事特威酒店，晚上值班的前台服務人員和保安態度極差，非常兇惡，住店的車不讓進，説外面下雨了誰給你去開門，住酒店的客人在雨中跑來跑去都可以，房間裏有味道，走道味道更不好，走道地毯非常臟，衞生不乾淨，早餐沒有什麼吃的，9點20去吃，.沒有東西吃了，他家的洗髮液沐浴露可能是罐裝的，因為小瓶上沒有保質期，

中央空調，這個季節沒開，室外温度個位數，晚上房間很冷。兩側房間噪音都很大，貼着配備了耳塞。早餐很素，很健康。衞生間使用洗臉池，下面的管漏水，所以衞生間會一地水。服務態度很好！

設施：入住時空調壞了，晚上十點都在反應客服，一會要一個小時，一會要兩三個小時才能修好，1號本來就熱，房間裏更熱，根本沒法睡覺，剛睡着一會就被熱醒，問客服有沒風扇，風扇也沒有，客服喊開窗户，開着窗户根本沒有風，把門開着才有點風進來，結果衹能開着門讓小孩子先睡，自己等着半夜三點多鐘才關門睡覺，真的是糟心。

房間整潔，打掃及時，酒店便利服務有很多，比如大廳有充電寶，四樓有自助洗衣房，八樓的早餐也很好吃，前台的工作人員也很棒！如果下次來西安還會選擇百事特威的！也提個建議，420空調有些問題，望早日修正！
