The only inconvenience is the Trip.com broker. They issue bills without a tax number.
There is a problem with the refund because you cannot enter this type of bill in company fees.

A number of shops such as the McDonalds action spar cost coffee at 3min walk.
In the mall kun je bowlen.
The facilities are good and beautiful views of the city, only I found the bed relatively hard and a little sharpened."

"Dissatisfied, when I arrived, I said that I couldn’t live in a problem. I asked to change to another place one kilometer away. It was too late. I could accept it. When I arrived at the room, I obviously didn’t have a good decision. I decided to the location by the river. I changed it. It’s not what I want at all. In short, it’s very unpleasant. I ordered breakfast. I changed the place without breakfast, gave two coupons for the cafe, said that I could go to eat, but I didn’t see where I was. I didn’t bother to say it. In short, I was not satisfied. The picture is a hotel that I changed. You can compare the gap with the description of this hotel."

GGuest UserGreat location across the street from the main train station. Two blocks from the 106 airport bus stop. I booked a smaller room, twin beds, which I found comfortable. The breakfast was average. By that, I mean there was no method to warm the food they offered, like the crepes or pancakes. They did have a warmer for the scrambled eggs, at least. There was no toaster. They offered fruit and dessert. An assortment of coffee and tea.

CChengMy stay at the hotel was average. The rooms were decent, but there was nothing particularly remarkable about the accommodations. The staff was friendly enough, though the service lacked some personal touch. Amenities were basic, and the overall atmosphere was just okay. AAnonymous UserOur stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

GGuest UserThis is a nice and modern hostel located just in the middle between central railway station and city centre. Rooms are large and clean, each one has it's own toilet and shower. Kitchen is for an additional fee but it's fully equipped and clean, so would highly recommend to pay for it. In addition you will have access to huge dining room and usually there are no people at all so it's possible to use it for work as well.
Some drawbacks: no aircons, so it can be very hot during summer and if windows are facing the street it can be quite noisy. There was no soap in the shower and it would be good to put curtains between the beds otherwise if you use bed light at night it will disturb your neighbours.
A common problem for the rooms with several beds is you can occasionally get a snoring neighbour...
