"Not stayed here before but daughter has. Will stay again but look out for special offers. Swimming pool and gardens excellent. Major drawback was continuous piano music on a loop that we could hear in our bedroom and in palm restaurant. Nearby garden centre excellent. Dogs welcome and it was quiet at night"
"I THINK ROSSETT HALL HOTEL WOULD BE IDEAL FOR CONFERENCES, BUSINESS TRIPS AND SHOPPING TRIPS AS IT IS SITUATED VERY CONVENIENTLY BETWEEN WREXHAM AND CHESTER. THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WHEN WE FIRST ARRIVED, OUR ROOM WAS VERY COLD DESPITE THE HEATERS BEING ON, BUT WHEN WE MENTIONED THIS AT RECEPTION WE WERE GIVEN AN EXRTA HEATER AND WERE SOON WARM. BREAKFAST, AND OUR EVENING MEAL AT OSCAR'S BRASSERIE WITHIN THE HOTEL, WERE BOTH FINE. HOWEVER, IF THE VIEW MATTERS TO YOU, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK THE VIEW FROM YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU BOOK. ALL WE COULD SEE FROM OUR ROOM - ROOM 10 - WAS A RED BRICK WALL AND IT WAS VERY DEPRESSING!!
BECAUSE OF THE WALL, THE ROOM WAS QUITE DARK. THE ONLY OTHER NEGATIVE POINT WAS THAT, ONCE MADE, THE BOOKING COULDN'T BE MODIFIED AND NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN IF IT WAS CANCELLED. MANY HOTELS ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL UP TO 48 HOURS OF THE DATE YOU WERE MEANT TO ARRIVE WITHOUT BEING CHARGED AND THAT GIVES .YOU PEACE OF MIND!"

BBOVery nice small hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, breakfast is about 6 pounds for one person, there is parking lot at the door, the stairs upstairs is a bit narrow, it seems that there is no elevator, we brought two big boxes to get the building fee Strength, the hotel is located next to the road, there is a little sound at night, but it does not affect sleep, in short, it is not bad!
GGuest UserThe Room wasn’t the cleanest! dusty headboard and dirty light fittings next to the bed.
No plug sockets next to the beds.
Bath/ shower wasn’t the cleanest either.
There was a wedding/function on with loud, shouting rowdy guests and a lot of antisocial behaviour inside and outside the hotel in the car park happening throughout the night.
kids running round all floors of the hotel and seemed the hotel staff turned a blind eye to everything that was going on.
Food was nice and reasonably priced.
Overall the hotel was okay, wouldn’t have said it was a four star hotel but three at best.
RRyanFirst time staying here, nice room bed was really comfortable and room was clean. Door was hard to lock/unlock due to latch being loose but other than that a good nights stay
