"The house built in early 1856, and later expanded several times, a very classical hotel. The room is small and there is no extra decoration. The surrounding area is full of residential houses. It is a ten-minute walk from the nearest small supermarket. A young lady at the bar smiled every day and was very enthusiastic. Hot breakfast is good."

"I've stayed at Redwings several times. It's in an excellent location, and everything is lovely and clean. The member of staff who checked me in was lovely. The night staff were monosyllabic and only spoke and helped reluctantly. I don't think they expected to be asked for milk, etc, on the night shift. This time I had breakfast included. It was chaos. I felt sorry for tge 2 members of staff who were trying to run reception, check people in for breakfast, clear tables, cook and refresh the buffet, wash cutlery, plates etc to hand to guests as they arrived. On Saturday morning there was nowhere to sit, no plates or cutlery. Everyone was queuing while they tried to wash up. When we eventually got seated with plates, etc, we only had one knife between the 3 of us. I don't blame tge girls, there should've been at least owe more member of staff on shift. It was a ridiculous situation."

"When you walk in the room is immaculate and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and room was warm upon arrival which was a bonus. The toilet had enough clean towels, toilet itself was clean, good water pressure plus it was hot. The inly downside there was no teabags/coffee but nothing reception cannot resolve. Would recommend Novotel perfect location 5mins walk from the train station, parking on site and it is well in the city centre if you want to get some food."
