"Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)"

"Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order.Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this"

"Our family have a wonderful time there, it was a super lovely hotel for relaxing holiday, vintage style and beautiful every where, staff was very nice, food was great as well, we will defiantly go again "

"Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service. The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. "The hotel is directly opposite Windsor Castle, not far from Windsor Railway Station. The traffic is very convenient. Three single rooms are selected. "the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family."

"I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."

"We had a wonderful time in the farm studio. The room is spacious for family with four or five. There is clean kitchen with cooking facilities ,fridge and microwave .  Kids definitely will love the farm as they can feed the animals there . The most wonderful experience was collecting the organic eggs for dinner and breakfast. There are so many toys for kids and books for adults too. We really had a wonderful time. Only one issue I had was no one had answered my phone calls before I went to stay , which worried me .As I wanted to know about breakfast.  There is no food there but we can order things or Better carry something for night as they have provide microwave and other stuff for cooking. I would definitely recommend this place it was very peaceful.😊 Below is the different activities around in Windsor."
