"Return visit so knew what to expect :) super friendly staff, helpful and polite. Hotel was very busy as a wedding was taking place. However this did not impact our stay. Good variety of breakfast items inc dairy free products :)"
"Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order. Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this"

"Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service.
The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel."
"The hotel is directly opposite Windsor Castle, not far from Windsor Railway Station. The traffic is very convenient. Three single rooms are selected. The whole room is small but complete, the front room has elevators, but some floors still have to The upper and lower floors, so the big luggage needs to be lifted. The room is very clean, the bathroom has heating, after washing the small pieces of clothing can be put on the heating, it is dry overnight, very convenient, although there is no air conditioning, but the summer evening in the UK is still very Cold needs to be covered, so nothing. Car rental needs to stop at a nearby paid parking lot. It takes about 18-20 pounds for almost 10 hours in the vicinity, but it is free to stop at night, but it starts to charge at 9:00 in the morning, so if you stop for one night, pay attention to it. The next day, I will either pay back after 9:00, or leave before 9:00. There are many restaurants nearby, and the recommended wagamama is Thai, Japanese, etc. It is suitable for Chinese stomach. There is a Chinese buffet next to McDonald's. During the day, it is lined up outside. The Chinese people are everywhere. British hotels do not take off their shoes and disposable dental appliances. They usually provide soap and shampoo shower gel, so it is enough."
"the service from staff was excellent.
facilities great.
we had breakfast verry good.
food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep.
beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50.
i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family."
"I was nervous about staying here because of a lot of negative reviews. They couldn't be further from the truth. The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."
"We had a wonderful time in the farm studio.
The room is spacious for family with four or five.
There is clean kitchen with cooking facilities ,fridge and microwave .
Kids definitely will love the farm as they can feed the animals there .
The most wonderful experience was collecting the organic eggs for dinner and breakfast.
There are so many toys for kids and books for adults too.
We really had a wonderful time.
Only one issue I had was no one had answered my phone calls before I went to stay , which worried me .As I wanted to know about breakfast.
There is no food there but we can order things or Better carry something for night as they have provide microwave and other stuff for cooking.
I would definitely recommend this place it was very peaceful.😊
Below is the different activities around in Windsor."
"What is good: 1) spacious room 2) comfortable 3) generally quiet place
What is not great: 1) sound insulation is poor. You can hear conversations from outside the room clearly 2) wifi from room is not great (it is great from the public area) 3) it’s a bit secluded so don’t expect shopping nearby"

Great
GGuest UserAll was ok.
But nothing more.
Sheets were clean, bathroom too.
Surfaces in the room could have used a bit more attention.
The bed's mattress was ok, the pullout sofa or couch was very uncomfortable even for the weight of a child.
The windows do not protect the room from outside noises.
All of the staff was very nice and beyond helpful.
GGuest UserIt is nice hotel with good view. The room has different type of room. The one I stayed name Academy room is not the best choice is a long walk from the reception of lobby. The ROM of suit is much more convenient and better view.
GGuest UserAccommodation in the local bar. The bar downstairs is in the direction of Eton in Windsor. It is very quiet. The bed is suitable for two people. There is no elevator. The wooden stairs are relatively narrow and retro. milk. A very quiet town and more comfortable than London ~ 10 minutes walk from the train station. Dinner in many bars is very good👍
GGuest UserThe location is very good, with good food, drinks, fun and shopping nearby. I stay here every time I come here. My children are very satisfied. The service is average, but it is okay for one or two days. Compared with the surrounding areas, it is still good. The price-performance ratio is incomparable. This is the UK.
GGuest UserIts right next to the Windsor Eton Central station, where plenty of restaurants and shops located, and a few minutes walk to Windsor Palace. There is only 30min free WiFi for the entire stay, need to pay extra for WiFi daily. Staff are very friendly. The building is showing wear and tear, our sink could not drain due to the stop was stuck and difficult to turn open. I had to go downstairs to ask for help since there is no hotel phone inside the room. The chain to the tub stop was broken and I could not unplug to drain the tub after use.
