Wonderful stay, great location and serene and peaceful area. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely be coming back here.

We booked three rooms. The executive room’s decor is beautiful. There was a sewerage smell every now and then that you could smell inside the rooms. The breakfast is cold and very limited really not worth it.

Had a lovely staycation. What a a friendly and accommodating staff and the rooms are gorgeous. Plus their complimentary wine was delicious (even though they wouldn’t give me the name😅). Definitely worth the visit.

This is an excellent hotel positioned well for car pick up from Gowana, wonderful staff, great abilities, the only problem we have was our air-conditioning in the executive room was not functioning. However, the food and the staff are excellent and the rooms were well decorated and nicely laid out. Excellent Wi-Fi, and a great mix of businesses on site

Loved everything about the place. Friendly staff, beautiful room, nice food. Swim in the pool was a delight in the hot weather. Also excellent value for money. Good location .... used to stay at a different hotel in Windhoek, never using another one since discovering Utopia.

Nice hotel with two pools though welcome was rather poor. We had suite 1 which was very large with airco, a kitchenette and a balcony with a view over the pool. A disadvantage was that the curtains were very light and too small. Also, the bathroom light also lit the sleeping room. Breakfast was simple and Ok. Refills of coffee were free but for tea payable 🤷‍♂️. Never seen before. We did thoroughly enjoy a great dinner in the nearby restaurant.

The room was clean, comfortable and convenient and the location is perfect. Two problems- the shower sprays horizontally a foot above your head. Secondly, when I requested a tax invoice for business purposes the receptionist promised to email it. This has not arrived, and calling is impossible as the line is always 'unavailable'. Very poor service.

Arrived here first by my self. Great standard room for the price. Nice breakfast options, good menu to dine from and especially great coffee. Room well equipped, comfortable beds. Property definitely needs a higher rating then a 3,5 here, don’t understand where this come from. Super nice staff!

A really good, clean and big Room. A comfortable bed and a nice shower! The area around was really green and quiet. There was a nice Pool, with Palm trees. And you felt really secure , because of the security on the parking space. The staff was really kind, gentle and friendly! I was happy to be at this quiet and peaceful place. The restaurants are also really good and lekker !

Excellent location in Klein-Windhoek, very friendly reception und staff everywhere! Room nice and comfortable, very good bed, open bathroom in suite, fittings should be checked and repaired, but nice rain shower plus bath. Very neat and friendly cleaning lady (5*). Relaxed pool area, although next to the restaurant, which might disturb some guests on either side... Lovely breakfast, buffet for cereals and extended choice of coffee and tea in addition to choice of omelet and full Namibian breakfast would be nice. Good security all day and locked up at night. overall excellent stay, will certainly come back as well as explore the Naánkuse lodges... Edge and wildlife sanctuary near Windhoek Rd Tonairport is definitely highly recommended.

The Na'kuse guest lodge is a beautiful, quiet place that is suitable for solo getaways as well as family vacation stopover. An enjoyable place The fact that this place is close to town center, yet it is located in a quiet area, makes it very attractive to those who seek calmness and nature while located in the city.

I staid at this hotel for 1st time and deff for the last time! When I booked in, my room walked out to grass area at the back of hotel, was very long and not looked after, no pillow case on pillow, curtains did not hang properly. Was No hot water, aircon did not work. When I complained, only said sorry, can we offer you a breakfast. Breakfast was included!!!!!! It's NOT a good place to stay!

We stayed for one night at the end of our Namibia tour. The room was well appointed, albeit a bit on the small side. Our patio door lead onto a small garden area adjacent to the road so wasn't great. There were two pools and a lovely restaurant on site as well as a separate garden room for breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
