"Great hotel, mainly new, very new, so everything looks good, the front desk attitude is also very good, overall I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is a little bit near downtown, because I booked an Italian restaurant next to it, so I stayed here, and it was surprisingly great. Go out to the river on the left and the sea on the right, both are very fast!"

"Traditional American family hotels are my favorite tone, solemn, practical and clean with details, between these pure family travel and business family + business style.
Not far from costco and walmart
Important message: If you drive a tram, there is a EV connect charging station in the gm 4S behind the hotel. It is a DC fast charging, very fast and very convenient.
Willmington's beach is good, such as calorina beach, white people mainly like to travel and vacation places"

"Check in process was not smooth due to room keys not programming correctly at check in. We were sent upstairs to “try” the key which of course didn’t work. The hotel staff was very kind about it and came up to let us into the room until keys could be programmed. The major disappointment was our room. It had 2 doubles which is perfect for family traveling, but the glass shower is front and center with a view from every direction within the room and from the exterior hallway. Not a family friendly stay. "

It is a peaceful retreat where you will recharge your inner batteries and regain a full body balance. Our house is open now only for this summer months . Do not miss an opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place. Your place includes a living room, a full kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub and shower option, a bedroom with reading and working on a desk sitting areas. There is a separate room as a laundry room, and an extra walking storage closet on the hallway. Kitchen has a marble countertop, dishwasher, microwave, and big oven stove; bathroom has tile walls and floors.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pans and utensils for all occasions, coffee machines and hot water pots. Bathroom has plenty of fluffy towels, soups, and shampoo.The whole idea of this place is to make our guests completely feel at home away from home. We believe we are were very close to achieving this goal!!!! MMobleyThe service was fairly good. Every time I called the front office about more towels or needed help with anything they were there to answer and moved swiftly. The building and overall facilities are nice! I’m pretty sure it’s a newer building. It was a really good stay overall, this may be the best hotel in Wilmington.

QQi JoyIt’s a pet friendly hotel. Our dog enjoyed his staying with us there. The rooms are clean. However, Breakfast is just okay. Overall, we had a nice time there.

GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ballast very much. It is located within walking distance of many things to do, see, and eat. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Our room was very clean and that was comforting.
The bathroom, while clean, has a few unique characteristics. The sink has very little room between the faucet and sink bottom. The commode is extremely low to the ground. We found it quite odd.
We would stay again requesting a water view room.
