"不如Airbnb….這個價格…..這家我認真的不推薦，3歲小孩也要多收NZD80一晚的人頭費，這個確實也説不好，可能有些酒店就是要收，付也心服口服 景色是好的，位置是方便的，態度是差的 服務：一個男的老外態度真的沒有很好….從一開始入住就不好，持續到我們走就越來越差 10點退房我自己記錯時間，記成10:30，然後9:50來敲門問我什麼時候可以走，我説20分鐘吧（正在收行李）很強硬態度説，no only 10mins，我説好那我儘量，跟我有説一次no 10mins.最後我大概是晚了一些15分鐘這樣吧，到前台退房沒有人，我還等了很久，我走了之後當天酒店通知攜程説我晚走（不到半小時）要收額外NZD70還是多少錢，後來攜程跟我説也覺得不合適，但是沒辦法阻止酒店直接從我信用卡扣款，最後就是攜程賠了我400….."

"The overall situation is very good, they also helped us upgrade to another larger room type for free (two rooms and one living room). As a couple, we don't really need it, but we are still very grateful for upgrading the room type. There is a personal suggestion that the mask murals in the room are very awkward. We felt that someone was watching us after the mask murals all night. In the end, we were helpless and went to remove the murals. It is recommended that merchants can replace them with landscape paintings."

"The motel was in a good location. All of Whitianga's restaurants and a cinema were within walking distance. Unfortunately, no air conditioning. The room was very large with a separate bedroom and living room. There was an additional bed in the living room. However, the bedroom only had a small window, which I found very odd. The small kitchen was quite practical."

"I reserved an apartment with a sofa bed, and the room was far brighter and more spacious than the photos suggested. It was clean and roomy, with a pleasant balcony furnished with chairs, and parking was readily available. The location was convenient, near shops and a short walk or drive from the beach and supermarket. The only drawback was that noisy neighbors arriving late at night in large groups disturbed our sleep with their shouting. Despite this, it was the best accommodation we encountered during our trip."

"Very convenient, central location to ***y of the Beqcjes we wanted to see. We arrived well after the office closed for the day. We were left a note on where to find our key to our room. We are Travelers from the USA and fully believe in A/C. These rooms have none. We were worried at first, then realized their were fans in all the sleeping quarters. Overall a very nice stay, great location, friendly staff and a free continental breakfast to boot. Would stay again and recommend to our friends. "

"The refrigerator, microwave, pots and pans in the kitchen are very complete, there is an electric stove, and I go to the supermarket to buy steak and fry it myself. It is very good. The car stops at the door of the room, which is very convenient."
