One of the "3W" towns, Weston is Boston Metro area's most prestigious neighborhood which is centrally located with only <30 min to downtown Boston, with easy access to major highways, commuter rail stations and many local universities, etc. Next to a beautiful woodsy park, this is a spacious (~2000 sqft) secondary unit (like one of Duplex townhouse units in a structure, half of a big house) which has its own private entry/exit. Outdoor pool in the yard is open from June to September [no lifeguard!].
