Me and my family booked 1 room for check-in on Jan 18, 2020 thru Agoda, and I got confirmation. But when I arrived to the hotel, I've been told that the hotel is under construction and close since Jan 14 - 18, 2020. They will open again in Jan 19, 2020. We complained to Agoda, and Agoda was very helpful to contact the hotel. However, the hotel could not be reached because all phone and system were down due to construction, so Agoda offered us to moved to other hotel. I really admire the hotel staffs whose came to me and apologize and offer their help to prepare room for us. However, because the hotel was under construction and only us who will stay there, I decide to look for another hotel. Just a friendly reminder to MyHotel's Management : when your property was under construction and could not accept guest, please don't sell your room. You have to understand that not all of your customers are coming from same city as yours. Like us, they could come from other city or even other country. It's so lucky we come at evening time, so we have time to look for other hotel. If we were coming late evening, then I am very sure I will screaming to your Management. Please treated your customer properly and better way.

PpolllyyyI checked into this hotel when I first came to Jakarta and I am very glad that I chose it. I arrived late at night, but I was greeted amicably and quickly checked in. The rooms are very clean, new bed linen and cleaning was carried out every day. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've lived in in Jakarta. the hotel has an elevator and places to sit in the lobby. In general, the hotel has a very fresh and pleasant renovation, a lot of light.I also had a good view from the window and the location of the hotel is very convenient, next to the Manas monument. Thank you very much, I will definitely choose this hotel if I return to Jakarta again

GGuest UserVery pleased to discover Loewys Home recommended through a travel blog. The house is in quiet and good part of busy Jakarta. Calling for Grab or GoCar was fairly easy. The room is clean and bathroom all-white and clean too. I had coffee and a noodle soup twice and noticed how popular the cafe-reception is. The music in the background is pleasant.
Only thing I wish for is a bedside lamp for reading and switching on the lights without getting out of bed and going to the switches at the door.
I also noticed that the magazine I was reading must have been cleared from the table because I made sure that I did not leave anything behind. On returning home and unpacking my bag, it was indeed missing. Not very important but quite confused. Will recommend the place.

The standard room I booked was very compact, but clean and all in good working order...the air-conditioning was cool, the shower hot with good water pressure...the area is ok too, lots of street food in the neighborhood, and there's a mall nearby as well

DDeddi_DermawanStayed with family (wife and 2 young children) at Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta on the day of the holidays and took 2 rooms. The location of the hotel is on the 3rd floor of Seasons City Mall, we were given a room quite far from the lobby and we objected, then the room was replaced with the room near the lobby and was given an upgrade because I am a member of MySantika (Santika Important Person). The room we got was quite large and comfortable and clean. For breakfast, the menu was not too varied, but I think it is still reasonable because staying here is relatively affordable. Before check out time, we were informed through the room phone that we received the free late check out facility (because of the member), although we didn't use it because there was a next event. However, we would like to thank you for the good service of Amaris Hotel Seasons City Jakarta.

Try to go to pool and gym area its a lovely place too.. Dare to swim here? Post your picture.. Everyspot inside this building are awsome.. Try to go if you looking for hotel nearby grogol area and try another ecperience in Posto dormire.
