Bedroom two has a queen bed and a desk. Bedroom three has a double bed and two king single beds. Bedroom four is located on the middle level, it has a queen bed, smart TV, panel heater, DVD player, and a couch/sofa bed.Bedroom five/second living area is on the last level and has a queen bed, a couch/sofa bed, it also has a games table, table tennis table, another couch and a reverse cycle heat pump. There is also a bathroom on this level. Some beds have electric blankets during the winter months.The laundry is also on this level equipped with washing machine and washing liquid for your use. On the fridge a pink magnet contains Wi-Fi information/also on the welcome book.There is a clothesline outside on the bottom level. Totem tennis is also out here for all ages to enjoy. There is also a portable clothesline inside for your use. All security windows have double glazing to keep the warmth in on the chilly days/nights.There is off-street parking, but it is down a steep driveway. Free street parking is also available outside the property.I do have a porta cot available just send me a message and I will provide it for you, including linen.Access to the property is not suitable for people with mobility issues and doesn't provide any wheelchair access.Security camera is by the front and back door but does not record sounds. The custom built dining table has been recycled from beams left over from the renovation and seats four people. There is under floor heating both upstairs and downstairs and a panel heaters in the bedroom and living room.
