Truly a magical experience and glad that Trip had a good rate for it
A walk in the resort grounds is the perfect way to start the day
Room is huge and spacious, nice marble wall bathroom, balcony with table and chair, huge tv screen with good selection of programmes
There’s Nespresso also with 4 complimentary capsules per day
The staff service is awesome

"Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice"

"I booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you. "

"Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only negative comment is that there are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and duvet covers, which are just for guests. Is it difficult for such an expensive hotel to provide clean bedding? Hygiene should be the most important evaluation point for a hotel. When I found out, I wanted to ask a staff member to replace it, but they all got off work.

"The room was emaculately clean, bright and modern. Big TV and I love the fully glassed windows with blind out curtain so you can sleep without the bright day light shining on you. The kitchenette was well equipped and easy to use. The room even have a washer dryer for laundry. Very well located just a few minute walk to striling train station and a bus ride to scaborough. You can get your groceries from spudsheed which was also just about 10min walk. All in all it was an amazing stay!! Would come back again!"

"Everything was ok. Pleasant experience checking in.
Booked 2 nights for One Bedroom Business Queen which stated comes with 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed. We used the sofa bed as well as the heater was direct to it as we are chilling watching TV.
The next day we were informed that there will be charges of $50 per night as the housekeeper found out that we use the sofa bed.
This should be communicated earlier as there will be extra charge for using the sofa bed, else please don't state 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sofa Bed as part of the offering.
Parking is limited. Can park by the roadside but please be precaution as it is very steep road."
