"Very nice hotel and very clean.
I'm Brazilian, I don't speak French but I had good communication with the attendant through the app.
The attendant is friendly, and I was well received.
I only have one suggestion for the price offered, there should be shower gel and moisturizer as in other hotels for the amount I paid.
The location is close to a bus stop that provides access to the metro. I went alone and had no problems, thank God.
I recommend!!!!"

"Air conditioner wasn’t working even when we asked them to repair it because they know that you are temporary visitor. They don’t even bother to fix the problem. I was staying with my boyfriend at room 40 and we had to open the window during the night to able to breathe and have some clean air because it was too hot inside the room not gonna lie the hotel was okay but the biggest issue it was air conditioner. By the way, they don’t even offer laundry service. But you can find one just before the hotel at the corner next to the kebab shop I think it was €4 for 8 kg washing machine or was it seven hmm 🤔 I don’t remember :) overall the room was clean. The cleaners always clean the room on time or when you are away don’t forget to buy a shampoo or body lotion because they are providing very small amount of liquid for bath. You can also travel to Metro number 14 it just like a 10 minute walking and you can go to central of Paris without having any problem. It was so simple for us to travel and come back. "

"The location is close to the subway station, very convenient. There is also a small kitchen, which is suitable for people staying for multiple days. The only thing I felt was that the air-conditioning and the bathroom exhaust fan were not adjustable, which was a bit restrictive. Also, the room cleaning service was only available for free if the stay was more than 4 days. This was the first time I had such a rule when staying in a hotel, and I was a bit shocked."

"Stayed for four nights in a row. I arrived in Paris at around 7 a.m. and arrived at the hotel at around 9 a.m. I wanted to check in early, but they said it hadn’t been cleaned yet. I went shopping first and came back to the hotel around 2:30 a.m. They said it was still being cleaned. They didn’t let me check in until three o’clock. ^_^ This is the first time I met someone who even stayed for multiple days and was not allowed to enter the room early. They already said they wanted to take a shower. Isn’t it difficult to understand? ! ! ! ! Please note that a deposit of 150€ is required! ! ! ! When I checked out and asked when I would be refunded, I was told that I would have to wait for about a month. They were still collecting deposits for some time, and they never gave me a card signature. Now I want to see if my money will be refunded ^_^"

"Very perfect business hotel, clean, although the room is small, but the facilities are good, the table wardrobe kettle, coffee and tea bags. The bed was very comfortable, the bath water was very comfortable, and the reception staff was very warm. The hotel is just a small park, within a 5-minute walk from the supermarket bakery. The price is good, satisfied, recommended."
