A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend."

"The cleaning staff was amazing it was mold in my room (which I ignored as we just stayed two days) and they disinfected, cleaned and painted it plus they called the engineer to solved a problem with the water, however some things were broken in my friends’ room as the hairdryer and the window locker. Also I don’t know if was because the didn’t have enough customers but a lot of restaurants and facilities were closed."
