The lifestyle host Eliza led us to our room (Reef Pool Water Villa) as soon as we arrived at the jetty - we did not need to wait till check in time of 14:00 (we arrived at about 10:00). We also get free use of snorkel gear during our stay. The water around us is fantastic - lots of marine life! The food is also great, though you must note that all drinks (even drinking water) are chargeable except during breakfast buffet. After the check out time of 12:00, the hotel arranged for us to stay till 8:00pm -3h before our flight at 11:40 pm and there are facilities for us to use at the beach club. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel."
