This property is one of the best property i have ever been to. The property, room, bathroom, balcony are very neat and clean and spacious. The private sea beach is well maintained. Food served here was very fresh and delicious. The staff service was excellent. The waiters are also knowledgeable enough to give recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights in Deluxe Rooms..before booking this Hotel I read few reviews ..I would like to summarise by putting cons and pros...Pros: Peaceful place, Parking is good (shelter) , Wifi is excellent, Pool table,indoor games are in good condition,my child loved his small bicycle ..bf is limited but tasty and restaurant food is very tasty..they also help to share places to visit with proper links and maps...Cons : there is no room service so if you want to eat anything then walk to Restaurant..Bathrooms are good......thanks to Mr Anand ...will love to visit again

Location is awesome. It is situated deep inside a forest and you will get relaxation from city life. Food is costly in buffet and not much varities offered. Rooms are top notch, clean and neat. Major disappointment is no activites at all there. If you are coming to drink and enjoy nature, this is your spot but expensive as well as for activity lovers a clear no.

We as couples stayed here for 2 nights, 2 days
location- very spacious, property attached to beach. Room - clean, well maintained bed, ac, hot water with all required facility service - good but we felt there were only 2 servers doing all the running around in the huge property with a lot of customers campfire- was not part of facility provided but when asked for was provided
food - first day the food felt oily, taste wasn't nice nor the simple idli vada were good to eat. But post informing the owner likith. The food felt fresh and tasty unlike the previous day

The room was very nice though we had opted for non ac room but when we checked in, there was hair all over the blanket. Pls ensure on the cleanliness here as we felt a little uneasy and cleaned it ourselves. Other than this, everything was great!

Location is okay . Service should get better.. very less staff.. food is okay as long as you don't order prawns.. you need to search prawns as they are very less and small.. btw, you won't get filter coffee there and if you are a coffee drinker early morning, like me.. you will be disappointed as the service starts only by 7.45AM and that too you will get only instant coffee.. its a huge property and it needs better maintenance

GGuest UserFull of required amenities, clean and well maintained spacious rooms, bathrooms were clean, bed was soft and comfortable. Basic amenities were provided without even asking like wifi, ac, minibar, tv, in-room tea/coffee options. Excellent lighting within the room. View from the room was excellent and road facing especially the nights. The room service and tasty food was the best part of the service.

Their rooms are clean and neat. The food in the hotel restaurant is great. There is a good parking space here. Thanks to the godavari odavari.

GGuest UserLocation is good, adventure activities are good. But food is hopeless, restaurant is only serving bar menu, coffee shops open for few hours. Indoor games section zero availability. Most importantly security is no where to found in the whole resort. Restaurant cleaning is very bad, basin gets choke up, hand sope gets finished. Etc

GGuest UserThe stay was great. Reasonable price too. Located not so far from the center. The one's managing it are also largely reasonable. Food is not available. Those staying shud travel a km or so to get the food. That apart everything is just fine.
