"The room was spacious but the lighting was dim. It had its own kitchen and some simple cooking utensils, although I only used the coffee machine. The hotel is self-service check-in, but because it was booked on Ctrip, we had to manually ring the bell to summon the service staff to help us pay the city tax before we could check in. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was enough for one person."

"The coffee machines stop working after couple of persons using it. There is no computer available to use in case you need to check a train ticket when you have a broken phone by accident. The ladies at the front were not helpful when I requested a computer, they got easily stressed and I need it to fix my issue by myself."

"An absolutely stunning hotel! The experience was flawless from start to finish. The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. GGuest UserExcellent service and room was clean. Big TV, fridge to cool my own goods and very comfortable bed. Safe in the room and wi-fi quite good. Storing my suitcase after checkout in reseptionist controlled room and not just a room everyone can enter is a big plus. Simple breakfast that would need a better selection. Locked entrance after a late business dinner and no response ringing the door bell was the only negative experience. Needed to make a phone to get the door opened.

TtkpThe room is very classic. There is no air-conditioning but we don’t feel hot in the morning and night. You will hear the church’s bell every hour that you will feel peaceful. In the morning, you can smell the bread baking. It’s a wonderful experience for people living in city.

RRakeshGreat location. Close to lots of shops and easy access to the bus services. Off a busy street but room was quiet. Nice sized room with all the basic things you will need. I didn't have the breakfast but it is available for purchase separately and looked quite nice. Overall a lovely stay and would consider it again in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe bathroom was stinky and not well clean. We had to buy something for the smell. The bathroom is very small and the sink is in a bad position for tall people. Everything else is ok. Near the hotel you can find 74 and 77 lines to reach the city center. It takes 15 minutes.
