"We decided to go to Cappadocia from Kyzylgach (~500 km) to watch the launch of balloons. We chose this hotel on Trip Advisor because the price per night suited us, and it was conveniently located (not far from the entrance and the center). The hotel is small, there is a parking space. It seemed to me that locals mostly stay there. The room is clean, everything is there. The staff does not speak Russian, they try to speak English, but it is almost impossible to understand🤦. But these are trifles, since they met and accommodated us without any problems. The price includes breakfast - a buffet. Also, no frills, but delicious, you will definitely not go hungry. In addition, there are 100500 cafes 100 meters from the hotel. In general, for a one-two-day overnight stay, it is very good."

"The location is a little outside the city center, so it's not great, but I didn't think it was bad at all. I had received a message from the owner from a different site, not from Trip.com, so I was a little hesitant to check in, but I called and they came right away, which I was grateful for. It was relatively warm inside, and even though I visited in early February, I didn't have any problems with the cold. I wish there was a trash can, but other than that, for this price, it looks like a cave, so I think it's great!"

"The hotel environment is lovely, with a real sense of history and very peaceful. It's quiet at night, so you can sleep undisturbed. The breakfast is rich and beautiful, great for photos, although the taste wasn't quite to my liking. The room doesn't have air conditioning, only a portable AC unit which can be a bit noisy when running. The hotel can help book hot air balloons, classic cars, and ATV tours, but they are a bit more expensive than booking outside. The hotel pool and lobby are usually empty, so you don't have to queue for photos, which is a big plus. The butler also verifies everyone entering and leaving the hotel, making it feel very safe."

"It's a nice hotel with beautiful designer rooms, but it's cold at night in early November. We stayed in a large room with a private veranda. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The bathroom is cold, especially in the metal bathtub, and there's no handheld showerhead, so water comes either from the faucet or from the ceiling shower. The sheets and towels aren't changed, which is very strange."
