GGuest UserThe guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. All arrangements are clear! [strong]

SSusan RahmaniWe had such a lovely stay! 🤍 Usman bey, the owner, and his mom treated us like family and were always kind, caring, and helpful. They helped us with tours, bookings, and recommendations around Cappadocia.
The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was cozy and clean, and the location was very convenient only about a 5-minute drive from Göreme. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place! ♥️

GGuest UserI was able to stay in an authentic cave hotel at a reasonable price.
The room was clean, there were amenities provided, and the free water was appreciated.
The hair dryer also had a strong airflow.
There were plenty of photo spots in the garden, so you could take pictures with the rocks in the background.
The breakfast was also delicious, and I was glad to be able to eat vegetables and fruit.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience.

FFomiSvThe hotel is magnificent. The room is spacious, the interior and accessories are beautiful. The owner is very pleasant, and it's clear he puts his heart and soul into his work. The breakfasts are excellent, very tasty. The room is clean; the only thing missing was dental supplies. I definitely recommend visiting.

BBaharZimmer war wunderschön mit Hamam 😍 aber Da unser Zimmer ganz unten war hatten wir keinen Netz. WLAN hat ab bestimmter Uhrzeit nicht mehr funktioniert. Warmes Wasser ging 2tage lang nicht nachdem wir es gemeldet haben. Hat sich der Personal sofort darum gekümmert.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay in the winter. Our room was fabulous with a small living room and it was really cosy. The staff were so helpful, particularly Murat who rushed around making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and served on the roof overlooking the whole of Urgup. We would highly recommend this cave hotel!

DDzulCosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning.
Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melis Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting.
I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region.
The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.

VVioletta.The stay was overall okay. The hotel had paid parking, which was a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bathtub was not working properly and water was leaking. We informed the staff, but it was only fixed the following day, which was quite unpleasant. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine and the staff were helpful.
