The guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. Как нам повезло, что из всех отелей в Каппадокии мы выбрали именно Serinn. Хотели переночевать в пещерном номере и наша мечта сбылась. Прекрасный отель. Номер по высшему разряду. Все сделано с душой и любовью. Одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. Все полотенца белоснежные. Чай, кофе, шоколадные батончики, вода бесплатно. В душе очень хороший напор воды. Отель небольшой, но есть зона для отдыха с диванами и стульчиками. Вокруг цветы, растения. Завтрак просто космос. Так вкусно и по-домашнему нас еще нигде не кормили. Овощи, сыры, настоящий бекон, клубника, киви, нутелла. Отдельно для каждого приготовили омлет и турецкие лепешки. Сама Эрен владелец данного отеля - очень чудесная женщина. Открытая. Добрая. Возле отеля есть парковка. До ресторанов и магазинов недалеко. На машине ездили до поляны с запуском воздушных шаров, дорога заняла минут 10. Однозначно рекомендую.

Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

Simply and briefly, if we come to Urfa next time, it will definitely be this hotel again! Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”. Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately. Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals. Rooms; dreamy (see the picture)

Yunak evleri Interior Pool Suit özel havuzlu odasında konakladık. Personel ilgisi,karşılama,temizlik,restaurant hizmetleri ve hemen her anlamda memnun kalabilirsiniz. Oda içerisinde havuz yeterince geniş,pek çok havlu ile desteklenmiş ve her türlü havuz ile ilgili hizmet fazlasıyla karşılanmıştı. Kesinlikle deneyimlenmesi gereken bir oda. Teşekkürler Yunak !

We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. In short, we absolutely recommend this hotel, it's the perfect choice for everyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation! Thanks.

We stayed with a group of eight friends. The hotel has a great location and beautiful design. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, beautifully decorated, and clean. Because the hotel is a cave-style building, there's always sand on the floor. The breakfasts were delicious. Cons: We asked for twin rooms, but unfortunately, none of the six rooms had single beds. We bought a melon and asked reception for a knife. They sent us to the restaurant, but they refused to help us there either, not even offering to cut it for a fee. The hammam didn't work, the sauna was useless because it was cold, and the pool was very cold.
