"I loved the unique design of each room. This is the hotel’s strongest point. We got the Shaman in the ground floor but upgraded to Sanctuary because of the access to the terrace and better bed (+ sofa). I also enjoyed the pool, the library and the bar/lounge & restaurant. The food was excellent, breakfast (a la carte for the eggs, but a huge spread was provided each morning), portions decent and prices reasonable. Housekeeping could use some improvement (more towels, better cleaning, doing everything the same not completely differently). Staff was polite and professional, but distant, lacking the human touch. We had to ask that sauna be turned on and then wait for it to warm up but it was never really hot, just like the Hamam. The massages and private tours were insanely expensive so we didn’t get them there. The lunch box on our last day was disappointing."

"The facilities inside were wonderfully clean. The outdoor pool was a bit deep, but the poolside was also spotless. All the staff were very friendly! Breakfast was truly fantastic. I'll also add that the cats were adorable! I thought the location might be a bit tricky, but since we had stayed in the center of Cappadocia beforehand, we were very satisfied with the peaceful environment of this hotel."

"Our family had an incredible stay at Kayakapi Caves in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the unique cave-style architecture and the stunning hilltop location, which offered breathtaking views both at sunrise and under the night sky. The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special. Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!"

"A decent hotel for a couple of nights. It's located far from Göreme, not easily accessible on foot, and transfers and taxis are outrageously expensive. The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell. The breakfast isn't very varied, but it's edible."

"1. The hotel offers a good quality English and Irish breakfast. 2. The hotel's quiet environment is a plus, but it's about a 15-minute drive from Goreme town and the main attractions. If you're not driving, I'd recommend staying at a hotel within Goreme town for more convenience. 3. During our stay, a framed picture in our room suddenly fell onto the table. Luckily, it didn't hit the floor and the glass didn't shatter, so it was a close call, but no harm done."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. it's at ibrahimpasa, a quiet area outside of the main touristy areas of goreme and uchisar. We checked in easily, and we were immediately impressed by the rooms we booked (the deluxe cave suite with jacuzzi). We stayed in Room 404. After the first night, we informed the reception that our jacuzzi wasn't working, and they upgraded our room to the imperial cave suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. It was lovely and we appreciated the kind gesture. They also helped us with luggage as we moved rooms (to Room 401), and it was all a seamless experience despite the mild inconvenience. The rooms we stayed in were always warm even in winter, and we never found anything to be lacking. Just a note for light sleepers, Room 401 is along the stairs/walkway down to the lower levels, so if there guests who come back late at night and are loud, you will most definitely hear it! Breakfast selection was simple but sufficient, with an espresso coffee machine I really appreciated after drinking Turkish coffee for a week! A small note that the bathrooms often smelled a little bad, perhaps it's the sewage system. Not a big problem tho. It's barely noticeable. We rented a car and drove, so getting in and out of town was never a problem. Parking is available at the hotel, and is free, if you drive! The roads leading in to the hotel are a little narrow, so definitely not for non-confident drivers, but we found it ok. I don't really have photos of the room to share but rest assured the photos provided by the hotel are real and accurate."

"Parking is convenient. I asked for ice, but they didn't come for a long time... I think they never came(?). The smell of cigarettes was a bit strong, but they changed my room."

"An absolutely wonderful hotel with professional staff. To avoid the hassle of switching rooms for our two-night stay, they generously upgraded our accommodation to a two-story unit (404) conveniently located right by the front desk. The living room was on the first floor, with the bedroom and bathroom on the second, where there was even a bathtub. It was fantastic! A big thank you to the front desk and concierge staff, Atil, Dogus, and Edmonton. The hotel's restaurant also deserves high praise. The main courses were absolutely delicious, and the service was very professional. What's more, the prices were even more reasonable than the tourist trap restaurants found near attractions. The buffet breakfast was also good, and the service was exceptionally good, thanks to Fafma."

"We stayed at this hotel for one day and had a holiday that exceeded our expectations. The facilities provided by the hotel and the attentive service of the staff are really great. I would like to thank the Guest Relations Manager Demet Hanım and her team as well as the rest of the staff who made us feel special and never lacked in sincerity and friendliness. Additionally, the food was excellent; varied and delicious choices at every meal. Especially the open buffet and restaurant provided a great experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the overall vibe of the hotel was very peaceful. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing an environment where you can relax and enjoy every moment. In short, we absolutely recommend this hotel, it's the perfect choice for everyone who wants to have an unforgettable vacation! Thanks."
