The room in general is very clean, but the hotel has many flies flying around, especially during breakfast, there are many flies just lying on the bread and also flying around our food. Location from the hotel to city center is around 20~30 minutes walk, and there is a bus passing by the hotel every 20~30 minutes as well, for us it is alright, but we need to check the schedule to make sure we don't miss the bus, otherwise we will need to wait another 30 minutes for next bus or just walk to the city center."

"The best hotel I stayed in during my self-driving tour in Switzerland. First of all, the hotel is very, very, very beautiful. It has its own large parking lot, free parking, and there is a super large lawn behind the parking lot. "Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends."

"I always like to be honest in my reviews. As a solo traveller of 71 years I booked a single room, which was on the top floor. The lift only went up to the second floor but on my arrival my suitcase was taken up to my room for me. The room was small but had everything I needed, even a writing desk and a washbasin. I am a light sleeper and the only downside to this room was that the bed is right next to the wall of the room next door, which could really do with more sound proofing. I was there for a week and had a variety of changes to that room next door, some very loud. Lucky for me, I took silicone earplugs with me. The room also had a sloping ceiling, where the eaves are. I am only 5'4” and banged my head a few times. BUT the view from the window was worth it. See photo. FABULOUS!!!! I really enjoyed my stay. The owner Jean-Louis always greeted me in the morning, when I had my early morning cuppa before breakfast. Armed was always there to help too. The breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to suit most peoples' needs. This ranging from cereals with dried fruits and nuts, cheese and meats, bacon and scrabbled egg, yoghurts, many different breads and croissants, jams and fresh fruit. This topped up with freshly made coffee and tea at your table. There is also an area where the hotel provides quality teas of so many different types and a machine that prepares freshly ground coffee whenever you want it. Milk is provided too. I could fault this hotel and I would like to thank everyone for making my stay and pleasant and enjoyable one. I look forward to my return when in Switzerland."

"I dont often write a review but this hotel is worth every penny thst we spent . The room is big and can sleep up to 4 people, very clean and modern . Just some steps from the station and market . The staffs are so nice , friendly. this is the best hotel I had during the tip in Switzerland"
