"I stayed on a business trip and it was a remote place than I thought. The parking space was small, so I set it up on the street, but there was no inconvenience and the convenience store was a minute walk away. Maybe it's because there's nothing around, so there's almost no place to deliver food The facilities are very satisfactory for the price. The toilet, bathtub and washing place are separated, so it's very clean, with bidet and water pressure. Personally, I don't care about the view, but it was an ocean view, but it was nice to see the sea. I used it in a very important way because I had a styler. "

Amazing
LLiaskos DimitriosOne of the best hotels in Ulsan is right in front of Ilsan Beach, which has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The rooms are pretty big for the hotel's price, with a separate shower and bathtub, and they are clean and quiet. I didn't have the opportunity to try the hotel's breakfast or the restaurants. Definitely stay again next time there.

PPDerykShilla Stay is a budget business hotel by Shilla Group. It is highly standardized decor and design as I also stayed at Shilla at Jeju. Best budget business hotel in my opinion in Korea as it is extremely clean, there is proper cleaning daily, toiletries and water/tea in room. Bed is also firm which I like but pillows are too soft.. but that's just me. Gym is opened 24/7. They even have a KRW8,800 free flow draft beer for 3 hrs in the evening. Highly recommended for families looking for budget but sanitary stay!

새새우스키I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days on a business trip and was very satisfied.
1. Cleanliness
- It felt like it was cleaned well overall. The bed had clean sheets without any rips or holes and foreign substances, and they were replaced well throughout the 4 nights. Also, the bathroom was used without any problems, such as the sink or toilet clogging. I didn't use the washing machine and the kitchen counter, but the inside of the washing machine and the kitchen counter itself looked clean. The refrigerator was also kept clean and 2 bottles of water were refilled every day.
2. View
- The rooms were from the 3rd to the 20th floor. Even though I was assigned to the 7th floor, the Taehwa River view stretched out to the side. The view from the room of my colleague who was assigned to the 20th floor was quite good.
3. Service
- The staff provided good service.
- They were kind to average.
4. Amenities
- There was just a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
- They said that there were no toothbrushes or lotions because of the environmental protection law or something.
5. Surroundings - It is a crowded place with the Youth Street and Taehwa River. It is a quiet and bustling place, so it was good for playing.

Even though the underground parking lot was small, the nearby bowling alley's ground-level parking lot was spacious, which was nice. It was also close to a busy area.

GGuest UserBooked the room to be close to the university, check-in was easy since it is a motel. The room was spacious and clean, had everything we could have needed. Like many motels they provide free water and also instant-noodles. Instantcoffee and tea & water boiler available in the room. Hotel is easily reached from the KTX station with a bus.

Excellent Location: Right by the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
• Clean and Spacious Rooms: My room was spotless, well-furnished, and had a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.
• Friendly Staff: The staff were very accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. They were quick to respond to any requests and made sure my stay was pleasant.
• Great Amenities: The spa services were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the well-equipped gym.
