"Maybe one of the hotels that offer room services during your stay - so many just don’t do it anymore even though we are paying so much more - plus breakfast is awsome with good quality of food - except for frozen strawberries and pineapple - why? Make no sense - but overall berry satisfy with their services "

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Conveniently located close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall and few other shops and food venues. A complimentary airport shuttle is available from 4am until midnight. Upon checking in, I was told that my payment wasn’t completed, while this was done and confirmed few weeks before arrival already. Even though I showed my confirmation in the Trip.com app, they couldn’t accommodate me straight away. Luckily Trip.com has a 24/7 help centre and they were able to help me sort out the situation immediately and accordingly. For this, I thank Trip.com and their representatives. The lady at the desk told me she gave me a nice room, because of the inconvenience. I never asked for this, but it also turned out the room was nothing else than what I had already booked. The fitness is small, but has quiet the necessary equipment for a good workout. Very pricey for what you get, but since all accommodations are like this nowadays, I did not count this in my review. I would stay again, but only after confirming my booking."

"The hotel is about 10 kilometers away from the airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus, which runs every 30 minutes, but if no guests apply, the shuttle bus will not be sent. The room is quite large, and the dry and wet areas are separated. The hotel is close to a railway. There is still some noise when the train passes by, but it is ok at night and quite quiet. The hotel often receives group tours, so you can see tourist buses coming in from time to time."

"The hotel has a rich breakfast, close to the airport, there is a drop-off shuttle, you need to make an appointment at the front desk, the room is relatively large. There is a large shopping center nearby. Very suitable for transfer guests."

"There is a post office nearby, so it is very convenient to send express delivery. Very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was very well lit. I had a great time staying here for 8 days, in the southern suburbs of Seattle, close to the airport."

"The original room given to us was 1st floor next to gym n pool, hence we requested a change. The counter staff Bryan was neither helpful nor polite, fortunately the manager Nicole help us to get a higher floor though it’s smaller in size. However, the room had things left over from the previous guest. We reported a few times, only the next day evening time then the things were cleared. The shuttle service guy was very polite n helpful."

"The independent wooden house is very large, has heating, there is a barbecue in front of the yard, the breakfast is good, the receptionist is very polite, the hotel has a free van, we go to the subway station by car, cost-effective!"

"While the customer service of the associates was fine, the carpet in the room was so sticky! My shoes stuck to it. To my surprise, the hotel shuttle was only available from 5/5:30 a.m. to 20:30. They were nice enough to order a taxi for me, but I did have to pay for it. I chose this hotel for the shuttle and the location close to the mall. They were kind enough to take me to and pick me up from the mall."
