"View from the Hotel's Balcony is awesome, we upgraded our room to get a Balcony view room & it came with such a reasonable price.
The staff is so humble, friendly & helpful.
Best part of the Hotel is Mono rail station to Mount Fansipan is just adjacent to this Hotel. Gr8 Experience there, probably the Best Hotel in Sapa.
Definitely Next time I will opt for the same Hotel.
Only thing is, they should add some options in their breakfast menu for Vegetarians.
Worth a Stay đ"
"We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)"
"We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldnât find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay."

"Our 6-night stay at KK Sapa Hotel was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel itself boasts breathtaking views of the Sapa mountains, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities that made our stay truly memorable.
A special shoutout to Huyen, the receptionist who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special. She graciously upgraded us to a VIP room, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The hotelâs facilities were fantasticâfrom the relaxing spa to the stunning infinity pool, every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes to start our day right.
If youâre planning to visit Sapa, KK Sapa Hotel is the perfect place to stay. The staffâs hospitality, the stunning ambiance, and the overall experience were simply top-tier. We canât wait to come back!"
"A Memorable Stay at Paoâs Sapa
I recently stayed at Paoâs Sapa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering every amenity one could need. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with easy access to Sapa Center, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around so convenient.
I canât recommend Paoâs Sapa enough for anyone looking for comfort and luxury. A special thanks to Mayu for her exceptional assistance and care during our stay. Her dedication and professionalism truly stood out. I wish to return and see her in a higher positionâshe absolutely deserves it!"
"Overall hotel was wonderful, i arrived at 6:00am in the morning by the way there are no room available at that time Front desk was provided us a shower room and resting area at Front desk with very nice hospitality.
At 10:00 am after energy charge we went to Fancipan and came back around 16:00 the was ready when i checked in to the room the view was stunning us(room type: mountain view) overall was perfect.
BTW, we donât want to go out then we choose the hotel restaurant for the our dinner we order food for six people as i know about the service sequences staff repeat our order to make sure that it correct; for sure we listen it carefully due to difficult of inter-language - all the food repeat correctly. Unfortunately, one of our dish was mistake from Carbonara to bolognese sauce which we know all of us donât pork then we call staff they came with attitude that itâs our mistake but she take it for change. Suddenly i heard the sound of fighting of waiter and kitchen that one of word i heard very clearly is âi already repeat itâ fifteen mins later carbonara was served and we got educate by staff that we should informed her What we donât eat. Poor us? After five mins she came back and say Sorry to us(First of apologies) đ„ș so we would fine if she apologize and do not make that behavior. I understand some if order was mistake you need to talked with chef but for both of service and kitchen was very disappointed for us."
"location
- About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station
- About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral
- Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain.
- Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village.
(ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here)
- It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake.
- Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel.
(Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral)
facility
- There is a terrace so the view is nice.
- The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly.
- It is very nice to have a bidet installed.
- The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good.
- There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****.
- It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs.
- Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem.
service
- Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered.
- Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious.
- The staff speaks good English and is very friendly.
Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself.
Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences.
In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking.
(Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)"
"Oh god I donât know how many hotel rooms I stayed in but this hotel thick blanket is heaven!!!! Front desk friendly and professional~ the tea that they serve you is amazing! Breakfast was good, their laundry service is amazing and affordable. In a nice quiet area of the town. Will definitely comeback!"
"It has a swimming pool and fitness and arrived a little late, and the front desk service was good. Breakfast was also a buffet. I went to check out early and went to check my luggage late after checking out as a tour schedule. The rooms were clean and clean."

Excellent
GGuest UserVery much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking. The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the deskâșïžâ€ïžđ„°
RRechieOur stay at Sapa Centre Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Â
The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful.Â
The location was perfect for exploring the city.Â
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SaPa.Â
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tin Tin, Huong, and Selena for their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay.Â
A special shout-out to Selena for going above and beyond when we realized we had left our earphones in the hotel, already on the bus to Hanoi. We reached out via WhatsApp, and Selena arranged for the earphones to be sent to our next hotel in Hanoi through their limousine service. That level of thoughtful service truly made a difference, and we are so grateful for it!
LLuthfil Hadi Bin Muhammad AshrafI recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapa Yen Hotel and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and ensured that every detail of my stay was taken care of.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had no trouble getting a great nightâs sleep. Best of all, it is a few meters away from Sapa Sun Plaza and we are greeted with a view with the railway track.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail â from the quality of the toiletries to the seamless check-in process. The hotelâs location was also fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options.
Overall, I highly recommend Sapa Yen Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to returning in the future!
GGuest UserThe place is absolutely amazing, it doesnât get better than this in Sapa. Room was spacious and clean. Couldnât enjoy the balcony due to cold weather but it must rock during summer. The location is a bit tricky as its on a hill and the walk up is a bit challenging, but they do provide a shuttle car every hour (you have to reserve it first). They made a slip up once where the car did not pick us up on the designated time and location so we had to pay for a third party to take us to the hotel, but the hotel compensated us for it with cash instantly. The breakfast buffet is pretty awesome, a true five star experience. Special mention to the restaurant manager who is very lovely , friendly and caring. He took care of my husbands diarrhea problems (sorry for the TMI lol my husband insisted me of wring this) by making him a special ginger bamboo concoction, and even offered his personal medication. Truly a great guy.
Ggav.tedAmazing stay at Sapa Town! The location is walking distance to the shops in town but not too near so much so that we can still enjoy the peace and tranquility of the place. Aliana hotel is the place to stay for when you visit Sapa Town not only their beds are comfortable, the room space and service is great! Kudos to Loang and the team at Aliana who speaks great English and provided excellent hospitality and service!
WWinson G.I had an amazing stay at Sapa Dragon Hotel, especially as a solo traveler visiting Vietnam for the first time. I didnât have a set itinerary when I arrived in Sapa and was unsure what to do, but the host was incredibly caring, friendly, and helpful. She immediately made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me plan my days, even booking activities for me. Her hospitality truly made my trip special. One of the highlights was her homemade Bun Cha for breakfastâabsolutely delicious!
The hotel itself has a really warm, cozy vibe, making it feel like home right away. Itâs only a 5-minute walk from Sapa Station, which is a strategic location for accessing attractions around town. Plus, there are several massage shops nearbyâperfect for unwinding after a day of trekking. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sapa Dragon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!
AAnonymous UserThe picture online seemed like the balcony is yours. Didnât realize itâs a shared balcony. The location isnât that far from the center but going to the homestay was such a struggle for me with a suitcase. You have to go through stairs and it isnât really friendly with tourists who have lots of stuff especially suitcases cause the stairs is narrow. The bed looks cute on pictures but itâs hard to move around and plug your phone. No bedside table and the curtains need to be changed because itâs torn and I had to tie it and put a chair just so I wouldnât be seen from outside.
AAnonymous UserLocation is considered nearby the main Sapa centre where down the road on left turn after coming out of the hotel, nice steamboat and bbq, massage parlour, clubs, places to drink at night and Sapa market are located, walking distance ard 10 to 15 minutes. Its also 10 minutes away by walking near the bus station to pick up for those taking the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
View of the hotel is nice, with mountains but a little foggy during the stay. Direct sun into the room in the morning.
Hotel staff is kind enough to arrange for transportation to the interesting places in Sapa without any additional cost, payment is 100% to the driver.
Downside is hotel does not have lift, all luggage and items has to be taken up using the flight of stairs beside the hotel, and its in the open area with no roof/shade, if raining will definitely be wet. But hotel does provide umbrella and hotel staff will assist in bring up the luggage.
Hotel itself is also located up an upslope before reaching the lobby.
Hot water shower only last at most 15 minutes, afterwards water starts to turn cold, not good for a cold weather as such.
AAung***The hotel is so peaceful with nice view. The breakfast is good. The hotel reception is very helpful. Buying tickets for the Fansipan Mountain trip, Currency Exchange and may be also motor bike rental for driving around the city can be made via Hotel Reception.
