It's good for all the travelers and tourists who are always going out the mountain. The the staff also are good and kind...Thank you very much for the kindness đ
We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldnât find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour.
It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered.
The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.

We arrived in the morning around 8am as we took a sleeper bus from Ninh Binh, booked the hotel for the previous day as well so we could check in. The manager/receptionist helped to carry 2 of our carry-on luggage to the second floor, where there's a lift to go to your room's level. Check-in was efficient, and we were able to have the hotel breakfast after ordering. Fresh juice, water and coffee are available. We recommend the the chicken noodle soup, pancakes & egg with toast. Do take note that it is not your usual pancake & toast, maybe a Vietnamese twist on it? Breakfast was enjoyable, food was served maybe around 5-10 minutes after ordering. Room service helps to clean your room and provides new towels :) The manager/receptionist helped us to arrange transport to our sleeper bus waiting area & the attractions as it was close to impossible to get a grab car there. She also helped us to purchase tickets for Fansipan which was great as it was a holiday on the day we visited the attraction. Her explanations were helpful and overall helped make our stay there much more enjoyable and easy. Down the street from the hotel is filled with cafes/restaurants/souvenir shops, hence its in a great location. The outside of the hotel is also aesthetic, so you can definitely take some nice pictures during your stay there. Thank you to the staff at Sapa Elegance Hotel! :)

This hotel is highly recommended! Cleanliness, location, amenities and service were excellent. It exceeded our expectations for a budget price hotel. Front desk staff âHanaâ was very helpful and accommodating. Since we have arrived the hotel very early, she offered us to rest at their lounge while waiting for our room to be ready since she understands that we are from an overnight bus trip from Hanoi. The location is nearby to the town center as well as the tourists spot Moana. We were not able to see a nice view as itâs was foggy the 3days of our stay. The room was spacious and clean and with complete amenities. Breakfast spread was also fantastic as it offers both local & international dishes for guests to choose. We really love our stay at KK Sapa Hotel. Looking forward to another stay in the future.
The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The teamâs attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again
The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations. The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot. The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.
I booked this homestay/ hotel through a review from a traveller where they wanted a place to relax and sleep soundly at night and not bothered by bustling sounds of noisy city. As a mountain girl at heart I am really looking forward to go to this place and walah the place is Soo amazing. The mountain view, the freshness of the air, the cleanliness of the place blows my mind. Staffs are very accomodating and the manager Thoung Hin is very helpful throughout my stay. If I comeback to sapa will definitely book this hotel again. đ«°â€ïž
location
- About 4-5 minutes walk from Sapa Station
- About 2-3 minutes away from Sapa Cathedral
- Come out of the entrance and go up the stairs on the right to enter Ham Rong Mountain.
- Turn left at the entrance and go down the stairs to Sapa Station or Cat Cat Village.
(ATMs that accept Travel Wallet, Kong Cafe, and supermarkets are also located here)
- It is about a 10-minute walk to Sapa Lake.
- Overall, it is in a good location in Sapa in terms of travel.
(Good location for going anywhere, including Fansipan, Cat Cat Village, and the cathedral)
facility
- There is a terrace so the view is nice.
- The shower room is a bit narrow, the water pressure is good, but the water drains a little poorly.
- It is very nice to have a bidet installed.
- The amenities are good and the dryer has strong wind and the installation location is good.
- There is no inconvenience in charging as there is a power *****.
- It's pretty clean and I didn't particularly see any bugs.
- Air conditioning and heating were installed and operated without problem.
service
- Breakfast seems to have about 12 to 15 menus (buffet style), and about 10 menus can be ordered.
- Breakfast is quite delicious, and I usually eat a lot of omelettes, but they are delicious.
- The staff speaks good English and is very friendly.
Although it is a bit pricey, traveling/touring in Sapa does not take a lot of time, so it is recommended to choose a decent hotel itself.
Overall, it wasn't a luxury hotel, but it was an accommodation that didn't have any inconveniences.
In particular, the location was very convenient because you could walk to everything around this area unless you were going for ethnic trekking.
(Generally, most restaurants frequented by Koreans are located around here)
The staff at this hotel are doing everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. They rent out scooters at a good price and I used this service to get to a nearby village. For breakfast you either have a buffet or a la carte depending on how many people stay. If there aren't too many guests then a la carte is the only option. Regarding the room, the bed is comfy and internet signal is strong enough to stream Netflix etc. I would recommend this place.

GGuest UserVery much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing.
then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo.
The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer.
There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking. The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served.
Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the deskâșïžâ€ïžđ„°
GGuest UserThe property itself is stunningâtruly a museum-like experience with amazing food and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the hospitality didnât quite match the setting. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers.
For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless.
The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders.
One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop.
While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal.
Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly.
Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.
LL J LeeStay at family room, great price even on Christmas holiday , room was great, big , with lift , everyrooms come with fan and Aircon and even our family room comes with big balcony. Overall great stay , bathroom can be improved on cleanliness , breakfast is good a lot of choice even can order eggs and noodles, great staff always gread you when you back the even did sell you all kind of service and tours , not to miss is their lobby restaurant , they served great food with reasonable price they even get 5 â from TripAdvisor 2024 .

VViolet YoongBeautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement
We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am.
I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasnât clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up.
A common theme is that some staff donât communicate if they donât know something or are unable to help. They just nod and itâs really difficult to discern whether theyâre going to do anything or not. Just let me know you donât know or canât help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself.
After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated.
Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly.
Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but thatâs a good thing.
Facilities are good and plenty - you probably donât even need to go to the town area.
Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they donât know something.
GGuest UserIt was great for a family of four with adult children to use together.
The duplex room had a beautiful balcony with a perfect view, but one thing was that the ceiling of the room was high, so the lower floor was a little chilly even when the heater was on.
The hotel staff were all friendly, and although the breakfast did not have many varieties, it was neat and clean, so our family was very satisfied.
When we had a small number of clothes, we had no choice but to use the laundry service, and they washed them quickly and cleanly, which was impressive. I was so happy that I wanted to ask what kind of detergent they used because the clothes smelled so good.
The spa facilities in the hotel were a little expensive, but I was very satisfied.
It was a bit difficult to walk from the city center, so it was on a hill, but if I go to Sapa again, I would definitely stay here again.
The photo was taken from the balcony of the room I used.
It's a restaurant with a balcony view!đđ
WWinson G.I had an amazing stay at Sapa Dragon Hotel, especially as a solo traveler visiting Vietnam for the first time. I didnât have a set itinerary when I arrived in Sapa and was unsure what to do, but the host was incredibly caring, friendly, and helpful. She immediately made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me plan my days, even booking activities for me. Her hospitality truly made my trip special. One of the highlights was her homemade Bun Cha for breakfastâabsolutely delicious!
The hotel itself has a really warm, cozy vibe, making it feel like home right away. Itâs only a 5-minute walk from Sapa Station, which is a strategic location for accessing attractions around town. Plus, there are several massage shops nearbyâperfect for unwinding after a day of trekking. My room was spotless, smelled fresh, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Sapa Dragon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa!
GGuest UserI booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay.
The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking.
The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient.
To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk.
Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.
PPhanuT^^TClean room, good location, although you may have to walk up a high road, it's not bad. Breakfast tastes good in some menus (fried rice is delicious. Delicious stir-fried cabbage) The view from the room is beautiful and worth staying. If there is a chance to travel again, will come back to stay at the same place. Lovely receptionist

Very Good
AAnonymous UserLocation is considered nearby the main Sapa centre where down the road on left turn after coming out of the hotel, nice steamboat and bbq, massage parlour, clubs, places to drink at night and Sapa market are located, walking distance ard 10 to 15 minutes. Its also 10 minutes away by walking near the bus station to pick up for those taking the sleeper bus back to Hanoi.
View of the hotel is nice, with mountains but a little foggy during the stay. Direct sun into the room in the morning.
Hotel staff is kind enough to arrange for transportation to the interesting places in Sapa without any additional cost, payment is 100% to the driver.
Downside is hotel does not have lift, all luggage and items has to be taken up using the flight of stairs beside the hotel, and its in the open area with no roof/shade, if raining will definitely be wet. But hotel does provide umbrella and hotel staff will assist in bring up the luggage.
Hotel itself is also located up an upslope before reaching the lobby.
Hot water shower only last at most 15 minutes, afterwards water starts to turn cold, not good for a cold weather as such.
GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, The location is good. Very near to the nearby lake, bus terminal and the Notre Dame Church.
I booked a room with a city view but was not assigned to such a room upon our check in, though upon my verbal request, they transferred us to the room with a city view on the second floor.
Unfortunately, we notice that the hallway going to that room is being used as a stocked area of some unused beds causing quite discomfort in walking along that way to our room.
The comfort room also needs some repair and improvements. With a rusty and detached towel hanger inside.
The room itself is okay but has a defective door knob.
On our last night of stay, we were not able to have sound sleep due to continuous noise within the hotel Which we were not able to identify where the noise is coming from.
Practically, we still recommend this hotel for those who are planning to have trips to Sa Pa
