"Very comfortable room and clean. Very spacious too, exceeded my expectations. Value for money. Really very clean but I did notice something on my bed though, I hope it’s a person’s blackhead and not some insect. Will come back again. The yoghurt selection on the breakfast menu is very extensive."

"Funny, first room light in the room curtain too small, change of room click clack broken in the living room, change of room again .... Phew saved, thanks to the receptionist who did not hesitate to change the room and to her kindness. The prices are attractive but should we suffer these disappointments simply because the price is competitive? Not even a commercial gesture or a free breakfast ..."

"So, knowing that I am generally satisfied with my stay and that I recommend the structure, I have even to sign positive and negative points.
- the structure is clean and also the rooms except for the kitchen (it was dirty in the plate of the covers)
- breakfast is not bad but at the level of the ”salted” there was not much
- The staff was kind and available but it did not give any information from their initiative (for example, ask if you wanted a card, if you needed something for the room like a paraplus bed, since they saw me with a baby... .No proposal!)
It's the biggest negative point...for example, no one tells you that the room would not be cleaned by anyone (though the flyer posed in the sdb that explains to put the wallpapers in the shower if you want clean wallpapers...we did it and in the end de jour on les achevé toujours dans la douche....grosse déception et colère vu le prix correspondant à un prix d'hôtel...)
The cost of parking is €8 per night and breakfast is €12
The bed is comfortable and the common spaces are very nice.
Don't forget free Wi-Fi and that works very well.
If not the hotel is nice, recent and despite all I think to return and I pe conseil.

"The hotel appears new or refurbished, and it's clean and well-located. There are restaurant options nearby, and it's just a 7-minute walk from the main train station. If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient.
The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals.
The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind.
Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse."

"From 2008 to the present, this is about the tenth time to travel to Toulouse, the time has been transferred, this time has been changed to a new unit, the hotel is near the unit. Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!
Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

The front door looks small, but there are actually many rooms inside and a laundry room, which is very convenient. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. Although the breakfast does not have many varieties, it is replenished in a timely manner. There is a discount after Christmas. The small apartment can accommodate three people and only costs 500 yuan. It is very cost-effective, so I stayed here for the second time. .

Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

JJordanxo3Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get.

而且空間很小，但勝在價格便宜。
最大的問題是隔音效果超級差！只能在深夜無人上下樓時才能睡著。早上都是被其他房客上下樓的腳步聲吵醒！
前台雖然不會熱情地打招呼，但需要幫忙的時候也十分nice。
