The service was incredibly warm and friendly. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, keeping the rooms spotless. The location was fantastic, making it very easy to get around. You can conveniently walk to places like Kaminarimon and Kiyomizu-dera, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!
It’s not too bad for a budget hotel. It’s not the nicest looking, but not a big deal for us. The room was ok - they didn’t offer cleaning services unless you paid for it, but you could ask for new towels everyday. The bathroom was really tiny and the shower had to be turned on/off using the sink, which we didn’t expect. Location also was ok - bit of a walk to the station, however there’s a shopping mall and Lawson nearby, which we went to often. The staff were nice and helpful.

Overall, a great stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-equipped and quite spacious. The location is excellent, with a convenience store right downstairs, and it's conveniently located near several subway stations. The surrounding area is also very quiet. Highly recommended.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel breakfast was extensive, offering both Western and Japanese options, and everything was absolutely delicious.

I stayed in 3 beds room and it's such a lovely. the room is big enough to open 2 big luggages at the same time. there is a microwave in the room, so I could buy stuff and heat it later at the room. there's no pajama provided. one last thing the view is adorable, I can see the Tokyo Sky Tree from my room.
p.s. the staff are very very nice, thank you👍

This hotel was probably my favorite budget hotel stay during my time in Japan. It is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. A Lawsons and local grocery store on street level is convenient. It's no frills but the location is perfect for commuting to Ueno, Asakusa, Akhihabara within one or 2 train stops. The location is in a quieter area of Tokyo that is less busy but I found the food around this area better than the touristy spots of Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. The first night we ate pork katsu run by and older couple 3min walk from the hotel bc it was raining and it was so well prepared and cheap. It was one of my most memorable meals. We ate a lot of wagyu and fancy sushi but this place felt like home cooking from your grandparents.
This truly felt like a local business district, with a fantastic vibe and atmosphere, and dining couldn't be more convenient. There's no need to chase after hyped 'influencer' restaurants or make reservations; the local dining scene is excellent, and you'll find locals frequenting these spots after work. The hotel is only a 2-minute walk from Daimon Station (Toei Line), and the JR Yamanote Line is just another 3-4 minutes further. In the evenings, I even found an open-air yakitori joint right on the street – a great find I only discovered when I was transferring to my Disney hotel. Honestly, there's no need to trek all the way to Shinjuku's Omoide Yokocho for food, unless you're solely focused on checking off those trendy, 'insta-famous' spots.

The hotel is currently under renovation for outer decoration & inner lobby .
The room is well renovated , very clean , well furnished with bunk bed (very strong iron bunk bed) with comfy mattress , the space is big enough for 1 28” & 1 26” lugguage .
My daughter love this hotel very much although it is under renovation , not encourage for 2 nights stay because temporary no room service provided .

This hotel is a little way from Gotanda Station so if you don’t mind the 9 minute walk and it’s worth the price difference then it’s okay. The hotel stay was okay, it was relatively clean for a business hotel but not as thoroughly clean as some higher end hotels. The comforter was stained which was a bit disappointing to see. I stayed 5 nights and it was fine, however I wouldn’t stay again. The service from the staff was standard.

GGuest UserI made a two-night side trip to Yokohama during my stay, and the hotel kindly offered complimentary luggage storage for me. The room was exceptionally spacious for Tokyo standards. The location is incredibly convenient: there's a supermarket and a Matsumoto Kiyoshi (drugstore) right across the street, a FamilyMart downstairs, and a 7-Eleven nearby. Akihabara is also just a few minutes' walk away.
KKeaidechongziThe room was very clean and well-equipped. Check-in was a breeze, handled by self-service passport scanning. Although the bed was a bit smaller than what I'm used to in China, it was still perfectly adequate for two people. The bathroom, while not huge, was very well-appointed, and I especially appreciated the easy-to-clean materials.
茶茶仔吃吃吃The room is comfortable and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall it's good. It would be better if it could be closer to the station 😁 There are extra lotions and toiletries on the first floor of the hotel that you can take freely, and there are also ones just for children, which is surprisingly considerate.

GGuest UserGreat value for money. It's conveniently located right at the subway station entrance. Downstairs, you'll find a McDonald's, Sukiya, and a small convenience store. They don't have bunk beds; each guest gets their own private pod, and the bathrooms are clean. Interestingly, each pod even comes with its own TV.

GGuest UserShinjuku station is crazy messy so it was tough to find our way especially when there were exits that weren’t open. Nonetheless the location is alright, easy walk to Klook Fuji day trip pick up points. Many food options near the hotel and short walk to the busy nightlife areas but not our cup of tea. Room is very basic with an air conditioning system that I didn’t really understand. Nonetheless sufficient for most. You’ll have trouble with a large suitcase.
FFuse12Highly recommended hotel. I would definitely choose MyStays again for my next stay.
**Facilities:** The room is well-equipped and everything feels very new. There are plenty of charging ports, and even charging cables are provided. The pillows are very comfortable. On the first floor, there are laundry facilities (washers and dryers) and a wide selection of complimentary amenities available for guests to pick up.
**Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was excellent.
**Location:** It's within a 10-minute walk of multiple subway stations. There are restaurants nearby, and a convenience store right downstairs.
**Service:** The service was professional, and the front desk staff speak excellent English.
BBudget StudiosClean and cozy, the room is a little small but you've got everything you would need in the hotel. There's a microwave on level 5 & 10, washing machines and dryers on level 1, the toilet has a bathtub and the staff are super friendly!
